I had worked out me entire life, always been fit. I seemed to could never get rid of the abdomen fat. So I heard about smart lipo. I was really interested before my wedding and just never got around to do it. I gained about 10lbs trying to plan my wedding etc. I hated my body!! I went to see Dr. Hedden and be assured me I had a great case and I inquired about BBL. He thought it was a good idea since I was extremely flat on my sides. I had no hips! I guess I never really pictured myself with hips so I was shocked when I came out of surgery how great it was to have them. My body looks 100% better! I didn't even tell him a specific type butt or a picture I just said porportionate and round. He gave me that and more!!! I did have before pictures but my phone crashed so all I have is with clothing on. Hope it helps. I'm still really swollen and in a lot more pain than expected. I'm 6 days out and still no way I could go to work. I have been sitting on my butt as he said I could and the fat would still live! It hasn't really shrank much but more sore.
