Tired of the painful threads in my face, Wrinkles, Sag and generally feeling awful about myself

I'm 24 days out from my face and neck lift, string removal and fat injections to add the volume back to my face. I made the mistake a few years back to go have a procedure done called the string lift. What a waste of money. Now two short years later the strings are not only painful but coming through the skin. The sag and wrinkles are awful. When I look in the mirror I feel so sad and depressed. I'm excited to have my upcoming procedure but very nervous as well. The closer it comes time for the surgery the more I get this running thought process of what if. I joined this site to hopefully find support in others who have done this and to be supportive to those who are preparing to embark on this journey as I am. As it gets closer to my surgery date August 24 I will post before and after pictures. Any feedback will be appreciated. It's Nice to connect on this site with all of you.

Yesterday I had my pre-op appointment and it went well. Dr. Diaz wants me to have a cardiac clearance due to my slow heart rate. I have a great cardiologist but his office is the worse about appointments, they are always booked. I thought I was going to have to cancel my surgery because they said they couldn't get me in. I cried all the way home. After contacting Dr Diaz's office the girls there fixed that issue they called my cardiologist office and amazingly enough they suddenly had an opening. It doesn't matter how it happened just that it did. I'm grateful. I'm afraid because I have RA and had a bad experience with my last operation. However; I'm trusting in God and Dr. Diaz that it will go smoothly. I have wanted the strings in my face removed and my face fixed for so long. I will keep you posted and post pictures of before and after post surgery.

I'm a week out from surgery and getting nervous excited but nervous . I hope it is normal to feel this way.
