WORTH IT
I hated taking pictures of myself before. I always hid my face I never wanted to be in a picture. Now I actually enjoy having photos taken. I never thought that this would change me so much . , this experience has had a huge impact on me emotionally. I'm still a work in progress but my self-esteem is much better now

Almost a year
What a difference a year makes. Dr Michael DIAZ has changed my life forever. When I began my journey I was looking for a qualified Surgeon to correct a botched thread lift. A procedure that went terribly wrong. What I found in Dr. Diaz was a qualified surgeon a compassionate man a caring and wonderful staff a counselor and a friend. I no longer look in the mirror and cry and see strings coming from the side of my head and deep wrinkles everywhere, not to mention horrific pain every time I tried to move my head from the left to the right or up or down. My before and after photos are like night and day. I look 20 years younger. In my opinion Dr Michael DIAZ is the best on the coast...

You look fantastic!! 20 years younger at least!! I'm so happy you are finally pain free and enjoying life again. I'm interested in your experience with fat transfer. I don't see much written about that procedure on this site. Did you have just one grafting and do you feel like a fair amount took and remained? Thanks for any info you are willing to share. Congrats on your beautiful results...
I think the fat transfer helped tremendously. My face was very sunk in from a large weight loss and I also had lost the elasticity in my skin. So most of my fat has stayed and I think I'm like 8 months out I had it done I'm pretty sure August but anyway my face is rounder and Fuller. I had another fat transfer about a month-and-a-half ago which just made it beautiful. I would highly recommend that procedure. I I was afraid because when you first get it done you get big hard lumps and I didn't think that they were going to even out but they did it only took a few weeks and you can see the results it's just amazing

Yes. I used to look in the mirror and cry. Now I actually hold my head up when I'm in public and I'm not crying and when I'm looking in the mirror. The best decision I ever made
