WORTH IT$6,000
I had my first child at barely eighteen . my small breasts then became saggy and I've always been self concious. I have curvy hips and a smaller waist and I wanted to feel proportionate. Also, I'm a nurse and in scrubs I feel like a twelve year old boy. I want to wear sexy bras and ditch my Mom boobs for supple happy ones !

Before
Before I decided on Dr. Grosso I did research on PS in my area. I had another nurse friend who had breast augmentation with Dr. Grosso and she was very happy with her experience and results. I could not find any negative reviews personally or online and the few before and after pictures of his patient s were satisfactory. The fact that he has years of experience surgically including his military service and that he does cleft palate repairs in third world countries made me feel confident that he would be an ethical practitioner. The initial consultation was very helpful and his nurse was very pleasant and professional and made me feel at ease. Taking pictures was very uncomfortable for me but that is a confidence issue of my own. I decided initially on silicone Allergan 280 cc left breast and 260cc on right. The silicone feels much more natural. I was told he prefers to do implants under the muscle due to decreased risk of capsular contracture though recovery is a little more extensive . My own research led me to the same conclusion. After getting home and using rice sizers I decided I wanted to go up in size to 300 cc to right and more on left to compensate for asymmetry. I communicated this to the office. On the day of surgery Dr. Grosso went over details. He had multiple sizers that he said they would use, see what looked best before placing implant during surgery. I would say the worst part of my life experience at the office was the pre-op waiting time and a scattered nurse who started my IV and struggled with the office software. She was very nice but not very reassuring as far as her competency. However the nurse that took me into surgery was clearly competent as were all the other nurses I dealt with. Post operatively Dr. Grosso explained they went with a 300 cc HP on right and 350 cc HP on left which surprised him a little. It definitely was a good choice because my breasts are very symmetrical. I will post more later about the " after I got home " but will include pictures before, during surgery and 10 days later..

After BA surgery Very uncomfortable, but improved after 1 week
My PS and I felt it would be good for me to take the week off after surgery to minimize me overdoing it due to I am a nurse. I work in an office setting so once returned to work he just wanted me to be careful. 1st week post op nolifting anything over five pounds , lifting arms above head, use arms bilaterally. I had alot of breast soreness that was really only minimized with Valium. The percocet was not very helpful and caused a lot of constipation and so I stopped it after about 3 days except for at bedtime. My husband helped me get shirts on etc and I slept a lot the first week, just very sore and tired. I was really worried I was going to pull something trying to sit up in bed and such because it felt that way. I learned to use my abs and try not to lay flat at all during day. I can't sleep propped IP though and at night I would wake up at 2-3 AM and need to take a Valium. I'm two + weeks out and doing much better. Now just a lot of feeling of stretching of my pecs and " zingers". My nipples bother meore than anything. Anyone else feel that ?
