4 months out. I love my breasts. My confidence in clothing ( and without) is so much better! I wear a 32 DDD or 34 DD and I have to buy my bras at a boutique place in town because its hard to find bras " off the rack" so that is an investment to consider but worth it to me.

With two slightly different size implants is it common for one to drop faster than other?
One nipple is higher and pointed forward 350cc implant and other nipple is facing more down 300 cc implant . Normal?? See picture

How are the implants? Just had a consult with Dr. Grosso today. Am optimistic, but also worried about issues after surgery. Thanks!

I'm thrilled! I am very happy. He is a good surgeon, very good to work with. He won't let you go bigger than your body will allow. I have not had any complications but I followed instructions for aftercare to the T.
