I've been a lurker for several months. This morning I joined the Club!!! Feeling great so far and hoping tonight's sleep will be the same! I want to thank all the wonderful women who have taken the time to share their stories, you've helped me immensely! ?? A little about myself. I got 304cc Allergan Natrelle style 15's with an areola reduction. After breastfeeding 4 babies, my breasts looked a lot like stretched out empty tube socks;) I had a consult scheduled 7 years ago but, the day before found out was pregnant with number 4. Timing hasn't been right to now. 5'5, 118lb's, pre ba size 32 saggy B, after no idea yet:)

I need to know what the recovery time is like. For example the day of surg. placement and the next few days after. When can you lift any amount of weight, lift your arms up etc. I am a nurse so I was curious of this!? Thx,

Hi britlee, Day of surgery was very easy, even slept well that night on my Couch recliner. Ice packs on boobs, heating pad on my back;) I took 3 percoset over 15 hours and 1 valium before bed. Next day (1dpo) was sore but awesome. 3 Tylenol was all I took for pain. I started raising my arms above my head as soon as I got home from surgery. And have continued to slowly raise my hands above my head several times through the day. I saw a video online of the doctor talking about how to quickly heal after breast augmentation, one of his suggestions was to stretch out your muscles by raising your arms. I went under the muscle and have not had a hard time healing at all. If it wasn't for my broken arm I feel that I would be back to nearly normal. I vacuum, do all my chores and even am exercising again and I'm not even two weeks out. I drove a car three days after My surgery to drop kids off at school and pick them up. driving did not cause me any pain. This may not be normal healing time but I've had a great time.

You look amazing! I wanted to ask you if your doc suggested a lift? I know after breast feeding my three littles, I have the sad saggy boobs. And a lot of docs recommend getting a lift with the implants. I was wondering if you did that, it seems like an unnecessary extra. But yours look fantastic, so if you did it I would consider it!

Is that the silicone implants? I can't decide if I should get silicone or saline
October 22, 2014
Yes, these are the silicon. They feel just like a real boob, so soft and squishy;)

Wow, you have amazing results! Just wondering if your surgery involved any type of lift? I breastfed two little ones and am debating a the lift or just implants to fill them out.

Thanks smommy! I did have an areola reduction, which is a mini lift. I'm so happy with how that turned out!
