I'm 5'9 165 started out with a 34B deflated from breast-feeding. I decided to get a breast augmentation with Dr. Muskett and I could not be happier with my experience at Billings plastic surgery. I received 560cc natrelle inspira SRM and they are a perfect fit for me.
I'm 2 days post op and recovery thus far has been nearly painless. I would recommend dr Muskett 100 times over to anyone considering a breast augmentation.

Hi, they lookfreat. What size and typed I'd you get? I'm deflated c and was thinking of getting silicone 300cc but was afraid it's too big. Your size looks good for your shape. I'm 5'4, 120 lbs.

Thank you! I received moderate profile 560cc natrelle inspira silicone breast implants. In my opinion 300cc is a smaller implant but with your existing breast tissue could produce a great result!

your 560 is almost twice as mine! lol but doesn't look overly huge, then again i guess since i have slightly larger with deflated c it might be ok. i tried on the sizers at the doc office and it seemed so big but i hear when you go under the muscle it makes it smaller. I just dont want to look fake, i want to fill out what i lost 8(. are you happy with your size or feel it is too big? they look good to me but in pictures i guess one can't tell what things really look like. They seem to be good poportion to your body. do they feel heavy? i'm worried about the weight and what it will feel like, i'm getting saline however so i'm sure your silicone is less heavy. do you have any recommendations on what to buy before surgery besides bra? what size bra did you end up buying? thank you for any information and sharing your story!.

I don't feel like they're too big I would have went. Bigger if I could. I think it's a matter of preference. They don't feel heavy at all like I have not noticed any extra weight on my back or shoulders (only on the scale) I was not overly prepared for the surgery the only thing I bought was a laxative because the pain medication causes constipation. My surgeon provided two post op compression bras which not all surgeons do. I'll post more pictures to get a better idea of the size.

Thank you so much for this I am also 5"9 And I was not sure what size to get but I was leaning towards 560 srm and now I know this is for me. I want them to look natural but proportioned to the rest of my curvy body. Do you find them to be natural looking? Thanks again

They are definitely natural looking especially with the moderate profile, they don't look like big round balls. And when I want the wow factor I just wear a push up bra. I'm almost 3 months post op and I wear a 34DDD which sounds big but i don't think they look enormous. I'll update right now I haven't been on here much

Wow
They look really natural.
Have they dropped yet and are you expecting them to drop more?

You said DDD or is that a type O for DD.
Lol

What has your PS said about them possibly sagging in the future is the potential or with the size that you got is it proportionate to your tissue?

I am aiming for Sx last week in July.

My dr. keeps reminding me that the bigger I go there is a potential for sagging breasts in the future only trying to do the surgery once I do not want to have to have a Lyft what has your surgeon said about this issue .

Thanks again :)

1 more thing is it hard to find bras/tops in your size?

I just get my bras at Victoria's Secret and can wear a medium sports bra off the rack. The only issue I've had with clothing is I can't find clothes that are as low cut as I want lol I want to show them off and it seems like the stores where I live are very conservative. I shop online, I love fashionnova. I didn't need a lift I was basically flat before. I'm not concerned about sagging at the moment, they're really perky even though they're large. My surgeon said if I become pregnant again the amount of sagging I will experience will be the same amount of sagging I experienced with my first pregnancy. Which was very minimal. I think it depends on your skins elasticity. I'm relatively young and have always had small breasts so my breast tissue is pretty resilient.

One thing I must say though is the 560cc mod profile is a rather wide implant which will warrant a larger incision and therefor a longer scar. Doesn't bother me though. My scars are probably about 2in wife

2in wide**

Thank you so much gurl I have butterflies in my stomach. I have a another appointment with my PS 2morrow just to go over some sx detail and finalize somethings. bwd is 15cm so we just wanna make sure the 560 sam is it. I already know it is.

When you said size medium sports bra off the rack is that VS?

what was you recovery like pls?

I am also getting a TT with my BA so kinda anxious bout it.

Thank you again pls keep those pics coming
i would like to see how they drop. ;)

Just like a medium In everything like I'm wearing a medium adidas one now. My bwd is 14cm and they fit great they're not super close together at all so I wouldn't worry about the width like symmastia or whatever. My recovery was super easy but my surgeon used a long lasting pain med called exparel which made my chest numb for like 3 days. They inject it into your chest while your under. It was awesome. I have a 1 year old and I was taking care of him 2 days post op. It was a little rough but we got it done. The TT sounds like the scary part! I was never over like a 2 or 3 on the pain scale but I'm pretty tough
