I had to travel 2 hours each way to get my under eye veins lasered. Because of that, Dr.Rostan and her staff were super accommodating and let me have the option of doing the procedure the same day of consult. I was kind of scared as industry professionals seem a little all over the place with this procedure but the laser tech took time to answer all my questions and she'd even had it done herself. So, I felt fine by the time the procedure rolled around. Dr.Rostan is very personable and funny and has a great bedside manner. And it was clear they'd done this procedure a lot. While she was at it, she even lasered two small anginas at no cost. When I left, her office staff filled my water bottle for the road. Very sweet! I'm speaking only to my experience during the procedure as it hasn't time to heal or show any side effects (hopefully there will be none). But I'm pretty confident all will be well and I plan on returning to her for other services.
