1 month Post Permalip

WORTH IT$2,000
I'm officially 1 month and a few days Post Op and I couldn't be more happy with my results! The amount of confidence I feel with now having a fuller top lip, has surpassed my expectations, and I recommend getting Permalip to anyone who has been seeking a permanent solution for fuller natural lips, and has found the right doctor to perform the procedure.

With being a month out, I now have about 97% full movement in my top lip. I can talk, eat, smile, yell, kiss, (you name it) in any which way I'd like. The only reason why I say 97% is because I feel some slight tightness in my upper lip when I open my mouth extremely wide. I was eating a large hamburger the other day and noticed that, but it didn't prevent me from eating or anything like that. Just felt slightly tight, which I know will go away within the next month. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

I love the way it looks and feels. The implant itself has softened up SO MUCH and feels natural. When I kiss my husband, he can't tell the difference! As for my friends and relatives, they notice I have a fuller top lip, but say it looks great, and ask what I did because they love the way it looks.

You look beautiful!! Can you post a close up with your mouth at rest, I'm curious where you're at with fullness?
Thanks for the great report! Congrats! Does it feel to you like you have something in your lip or does if feel natural?
Thank you! When I press my fingers agains my top lip, I can personally tell theirs an implant in there. But my best friend and husband have both felt my lip with their fingers, and say they can't tell the difference!

11 Days Post Op

Well, my stitches finally fell out on their own, on day 9! And I'm really loving my results so far.
I've also noticed some positive changes within the past few days, so that's why I decided to give another update!

A tremendous amount of swelling has gone down, and my lip is way more soft than it was even just 5 days ago. I can pucker my lips and kiss my husband now (he can't even tell there's an implant in there) and even open my mouth wide and smile. My lip does feel a little tight when I smile big, showing my teeth, but I know that with another week, that'll loosen up. The bruise on my lip has faded a ton. It's almost gone! And I can just tell my lip is moving more natural when I talk, and that's a great feeling! Only con to that, is I'm talking more since it doesn't hurt, and then my lip feels slightly sore the next day.

I'll give another update in about a week or two.

Wow, what great results, your lips look beautiful!!! Do you know if all the implants sizes are the same length? Can they be cut if your mouth is too small? Did you travel far or live nearby?

4 Days Post Op

Today I am 4 days post op and finally went into public without feeling self conscious about my swollen top lip! My swelling has gone down a lot, but I can still tell I have more swelling that'll subside as the days pass. And I'm finally starting to lose that "duck" look like I had before, thanks to a ton of icing! Which has helped a lot with my swelling and bruising.

I'm also starting to get feeling and movement back to my lip. Not a ton, but I definitely have more feeling and my lip is starting to look more natural when I talk. I can't smile fully yet, but I can smirk, and can even pucker up my lips! Yay for movement! Still stiff though, but I know that'll subside as the next couple weeks pass.

Also, I had my follow up appt with Dr Katzen yesterday and he said all is looking great! I had a concern that my Permalip implant was possibly moving towards my left side of my lip because it's more stiff there and appears slightly bigger. Dr Katzen felt my lip and told me it was centered and not moving. That I had nothing to worry about and that I just have more swelling on the left side of my lip, than the right. He's very reassuring and puts my worries to rest so I'm really happy I went with Dr Katzen as my Ps. And as for my stitches, they are still in but should fall out on their own in a few days!

That's all for now, will update again in a couple days!

looks good all ready
Thank you!!!
Your Permalip results look great! Ice and elevation certainly help to reduce swelling after a Permalip insertion. After about seven to ten days, most of the bruising should also be gone. Seven to days after the Permalip insertion, our sutures should fall out.
How do you feel any regret do you like injections more or permalip does it feel natural
I feel great, absolutely no regrets. I'm loving my results. Right now I am 11 days post op, and my lip is feeling so natural. I can't fully smile showing my teeth yet, but I'm almost there. Every day the Permalip implant gets more soft and moves easier
giiiirlll looks so beautiful!! what size did you get?
