You have gorgeous lips in BOTH pix!! Beautiful
I agree the angles and shading are totally different but in both pictures your lips look great.,
Plus the filler you added to your lips after the surgery is the icing on the cake.,
Agree with you Lostbeauty.
Beautiful! On your before pic I think I can see your bottom teeth. Did he do something inside your mouth or is it the corner lift that helped to hide the bottom teeth?
I didn't have an issue with bottom teeth show, so no changes there.
Agree there is no issue in the bottom tooth show but now your top teeth show more and it is very sexy! Enjoy your beautiful outcome!
First, you're very pretty. So this is not a criticism. I think that there is a barely distinguishable difference. You look fine in both photos. Except that your nostrils seem different, pulled upwards with more view into them. I'm puzzled by the outcome.
Umm no offense but are you blind? There is a huge difference. Her philtrum is significantly shorter and her top lip looks wider now because the edges no longer curl down after the medialized corner lip lift.
No ofeense taken. For all of the scarring, follow-up, etc. the difference is minimal. I actually think the before looks better. I respect everyone's opinion and perception. Perhaps you can respect mine.
@east123 she had a nose job too so thats why the nose looks different. Her lips are beautiful in both pics but her facial proporions are greatly improved iafter the surgery in my opinion. Her lips are higjer up on her face and she looks stunning.!
Sorry for all the typos!
Well to each his/her own. I think the first pic actually looks better.
I would have to respectfully disagree. She looks beautiful before and absolutely stunning after.
Thanks for all the comments! I'm absolutely satisfied with the results and very happy with Dr Haworth's work.
I agree with you in 100%
In my opinion her surgery was unnecessary risk for her.the change is minimal and lips before looks better .I'm.not saying the new one are ugly but I prefer "old"look
The surgery looks very invasive and the gain is not without trade offs either. She is a beautiful girl either way.
So this was 23,000fir the lip lift alone??
Hi, you look gorgeous! He's really good! What he has done to your chin and cheeks? I see there are some markins on your preop, and I see that chin is shorter now, and cheeks fuller?
I think you went too gar with the lips

3 months post op

I had a post op appointment with Dr Haworth this week where he lasered all my incisions. I also had a non permanent filler injections because I wanted to see what kind of results a potential fat injection could bring. I have seen two of Dr Haworth's patients who had beautiful results from a combination of lip lift surgery and fat transfer.

Stunning. I was trying to find a previous post of yours that detailed how many MM your original upper lip length was, how many MM he removed, and how many MM long your upper lip is now. Would you mind repeating the answer for me? Also, as I scrolled through all the comments, I didn't immediately find out if he had also given you a fat transfer to your lips. I would think you wouldn't need any since your original lips were so full.

Your result is breathtaking. How is your family or romantic partner taking these changes?
I don't have information on the millimeters for you, sorry. I haven't had a fat transfer so far, I had now three weeks post op temporary filler to see how it would look like. I really like that small addition of volume so I will have the fat transfer later this year.
My family likes the results, mainly because they see how happy I am.
So the temporary filler you had put in this week was for your lips?
That's right. I was inspired by the results of two patients of dr Haworth's who had fat injections and I wanted to see if additional volume would benefit me.
Are you continuing to do Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber sessions? I am confused about whether they do any good. I was on a website called Cochrane.org which reviews all the clinical studies regarding various medical issues and they found there have been no good controlled studies to support its efficacy - not even for burn victims.
I have had six additional hbot treatments after the fillers and in my personal experience the healing has progressed very well and fast.
Just perfect. Stunning is an understatement.
The fillers really completed the picture.
I had fat transfer in upper and lower lip at time of lip lift and I'm very pleased with the end result
you have a nice result.
i was just wondering why you had a chin reduction because in western beauty standards a longer, more defined chin is considered desirable. same with fuller cheeks. these are considered desirable in asia. are you inspired by asian beauty standards

Gosh, your upper lip was very different before. What a beautiful result you have achieved. Your lower lip was always great. In what way other than swelling did you feel the oxygen chamber benefited you?
Very pretty. Your top lip looks so different??!! What did you do recently ?
You definitely can see the fullness in your lip now. It's quite sexy!!! You had beautiful lips to begin with!
In the before picture right before your surgery your upper lip was very full, so what did you do to get that fullness between this picture you just posted and the before that you posted with and without all the drawings on it.
This before picture was taken in the end of a very long photo shoot (12hrs) . I worked without breaks on that day and was dehydrated in the end so my lips were thinner than usually. I have had conservative touch ups with filler before the lip lift.
Interesting. I better continue to drink my 8 cups of water per day!!
I'm thirsty.
LOL
I'm going to drink lots of h2O today. I'm on it!!! I posted another pic on my page--- without water
Randi,
Your lips are perfection!!
Dehydration affects my face as well.
Ohhhhh yes it does. Hydrating is a big factor!'
Absolutely
