I had a post op appointment with Dr Haworth this week where he lasered all my incisions. I also had a non permanent filler injections because I wanted to see what kind of results a potential fat injection could bring. I have seen two of Dr Haworth's patients who had beautiful results from a combination of lip lift surgery and fat transfer.

Stunning. I was trying to find a previous post of yours that detailed how many MM your original upper lip length was, how many MM he removed, and how many MM long your upper lip is now. Would you mind repeating the answer for me? Also, as I scrolled through all the comments, I didn't immediately find out if he had also given you a fat transfer to your lips. I would think you wouldn't need any since your original lips were so full.
Your result is breathtaking. How is your family or romantic partner taking these changes?

I don't have information on the millimeters for you, sorry. I haven't had a fat transfer so far, I had now three weeks post op temporary filler to see how it would look like. I really like that small addition of volume so I will have the fat transfer later this year.
My family likes the results, mainly because they see how happy I am.

So the temporary filler you had put in this week was for your lips?
That's right. I was inspired by the results of two patients of dr Haworth's who had fat injections and I wanted to see if additional volume would benefit me.
Are you continuing to do Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber sessions? I am confused about whether they do any good. I was on a website called Cochrane.org which reviews all the clinical studies regarding various medical issues and they found there have been no good controlled studies to support its efficacy - not even for burn victims.
I have had six additional hbot treatments after the fillers and in my personal experience the healing has progressed very well and fast.
Just perfect. Stunning is an understatement.
The fillers really completed the picture.
I had fat transfer in upper and lower lip at time of lip lift and I'm very pleased with the end result
you have a nice result.
i was just wondering why you had a chin reduction because in western beauty standards a longer, more defined chin is considered desirable. same with fuller cheeks. these are considered desirable in asia. are you inspired by asian beauty standards

Gosh, your upper lip was very different before. What a beautiful result you have achieved. Your lower lip was always great. In what way other than swelling did you feel the oxygen chamber benefited you?
Very pretty. Your top lip looks so different??!! What did you do recently ?
You definitely can see the fullness in your lip now. It's quite sexy!!! You had beautiful lips to begin with!
In the before picture right before your surgery your upper lip was very full, so what did you do to get that fullness between this picture you just posted and the before that you posted with and without all the drawings on it.
This before picture was taken in the end of a very long photo shoot (12hrs) . I worked without breaks on that day and was dehydrated in the end so my lips were thinner than usually. I have had conservative touch ups with filler before the lip lift.
Interesting. I better continue to drink my 8 cups of water per day!!
I'm thirsty.
LOL
I'm going to drink lots of h2O today. I'm on it!!! I posted another pic on my page--- without water
Randi,
Your lips are perfection!!

Dehydration affects my face as well.
Ohhhhh yes it does. Hydrating is a big factor!'

In my opinion her surgery was unnecessary risk for her.the change is minimal and lips before looks better .I'm.not saying the new one are ugly but I prefer "old"look
