Dr. Moelleken is THE BEST Doctor with the Best Staff, Highly Recomment! Beverly Hills, CA

I had a protruding stomach (a “pooch”) ever since the birth of my two children (who are now 23 and 25) even though I’m pretty thin and exercise a lot. I recently found out I had a hernia which was the final motivation to get what I thought was a cosmetic procedure done. I knew the recovery was a long one 6-8 weeks but what i didn’t expect was that even though I can't go back to full exercising until 6-8 weeks, overall the recovery has been a lot easier than I expected. I attribute that to the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Moelleken really IS the best. Looking at his education and training anyone can tell he knows his stuff (or should) but it’s the subtleties of how he performs different procedures, his precise skills and his respect for and vision of beauty is what really makes him excellent.

I’ve showed my incision to a couple of nurses I know (not in Dr. Moelleken’s office) and they couldn’t believe how good it looked so early post op.

He’s VERY easy to talk to, listens VERY well, doesn’t imply that he knows what’s best for you, never makes you feel rushed, respects your opinion and is a very kind and caring man. I really felt that he cared deeply about my procedure, experience and outcome. I’m just one of his many patients and I believe he’s like that with everyone. He has a very gentle and warm personality that is reassuring, he’s BRILLIANT and his work — amazing!! I had a hybrid tummy tuck with hernia repair four weeks ago so I don’t know what the final outcome will look like but if I didn’t tell anyone, know one would even know I’ve had surgery. I already look A LOT better, even in my “swollen” state.

It’s been so much easier than I expected and the swelling, bruising WAY less than expected, in fact, pretty minimal—or maybe I’m more swollen than I think and I’ll be that much smaller when the swelling’s gone! I have a girlfriend who did the same procedure with a different doctor. She and I have very similar body types yet our experiences were opposite. She had a lot of swelling, for longer, and fluid that had to be aspirated twice a week for almost a month! My experience was surprisingly SO easy, no complications and my incision looks so good already!

I’ve consulted with many doctors (NYC, SF and LA) and by far most impressed with and have the greatest confidence in Dr. Moelleken. If I had to choose one doctor to do everything I ever wanted done, it would be him for sure. I consulted with him for the hybrid tummy tuck 6 years ago but was too afraid to do it. I’ve spent the time since then talking to doctors in various cities about how they would do the same procedure (none do the same) and what their procedure would entail. I always remember how impressed I was with Dr. Brent and 6 years later came back and finally had it done. SO glad I did!!! I can’t recommend him enough. His staff is so friendly, kind, and caring—a reflection of Dr. Moelleken’s values. Overall a GREAT experience and I will definitely go back for something else!
