Here are some side-by-side pictures 3 weeks PO wearing my latest heavy duty girdle. Granted I'm not wearing a girdle in the before pictures but you get the gist of the change regardless!

I'm getting very close! I was relaxed until the doctor told me that he will not be using the long lasting numbing medicine I had asked for (Exparel) since it may interfere with the medicine they use for anesthesia. Shoot! I was hoping for the Exparel! He also said that he closes the incision so tight that he will probably not have room for the pain pump. Oh God! No pain pump and no Exparel?? I understand Dr. Golshani is a great surgeon and he says that I will be fine regarding pain. But I the pain was excruciating last time I had a tummy tuck, although it was with another surgeon. God, help me as I have very low tolerance for pain! Wish me luck ladies!!

I changed my doctor so I had to write a new review. I have chosen Dr. Golshani in Bevery Hills, and I was pleasantly surprised that he was such a gentle and kind man in addition to being a great surgeon. It is very hard to find that combination!
I'm 46 years old, 2 kids, and having a revision TT, lipo of flanks, bilateral side breasts, and posterior arms, and BBL on July 24th! Looking forward to being on the flat (and curvy) side!

I am 3 weeks PO after a revision TT, lipo and gluteal fat grafts with Dr. Golshani, and I couldn't be happier with my results! He has given me a beautiful waist and a curvy body which I could not have imagined before the surgery. Dr. Golshani is an exceptional surgeon, a true artist, and a kind and compassionate human being.
