First time having any kind of cosmetic surgery. I am hopeful to finally be able to wear a crop top or a bikini for the first time ever! Had my children young and never got a chance to wear any top revealing my midriff prior to having them. I am anxiously looking forward to the procedure and outcome.

I am 2 weeks post op tummy tuck as well, love the way my body looks now but the recovery part is painful and slow. Be patient and take it easy!

It's done ;) Relieved the surgery part is over. Taking my pain medication & amazingly has not knocked me out. I am feeling a bit of discomfort but my wonderful family has definitely been on top of my healing for today. Thank God for the support system of loved ones.
Thank you hun. So happy you are satisfied with the results. Happy you are 2 weeks in with the recovery ;)

Surgery went as planned. Total time: 2 Hours.
Spent an hour @ the center & was released an hour after.
Following doctor's orders. Taking it easy but still getting up for some walking from time to time as was instructed :)
Definitely eating & sitting up.

Day 2 Post-Op

I went to my post-op appointment today. Doctor checked my tummy & incision. Everything checked out ok. I felt a slight amount of pain on the incision. I really think it was because I strained my body the following day of surgery. Had I had the second day of rest & recovery with no need to go out, I think I would have been ok. I figured they scheduled me for a post-op check up the following day, because the office is closed on the weekends.

Regardless, I'm home, following doctor's orders & have a healthy appetite.
