5 Week Post-Op
Hi ladies,
I am now finally on my 5 week mark. Feels good to be here.
It definitely was difficult@ the beginning. Not going to lie, feels good to be here.
I am able to sleep good, laying on my side is uncomfortable @ times.
Still cannot eat a lot. Get full real quick.
Not wearing heels :(
Still feel tightness in the midsection. Get swollen when I over exert myself.
Looking forward to being able to exercise:)

4 Weeks Post-Op

Thank God today marks my 4 weeks. I am able to walk a little faster.
Still not able to eat as much as I'd like. Somewhat able to stand from a sitting position with slight difficulty.
I sleep very good @ night. Able to lay on my side. I wear my binder every day. At work, I walk enough to keep up with some kind of exercise...
Have not gone grocery shopping alone & don't pick up objects over 5 pounds.
Drive with no problem. Can laugh a little harder without too much pain. A little soreness but not too much pain.

3 Weeks, 3 Days Post-Op
Hi all!
I am now able to walk @ a decent pace. Walking with some difficulty initially when starting from a sedentary position. It takes about a minute for my body to adjust from sitting to walking. A certain amount of tightness is felt in the midsection of my tummy still.
When it comes to feeling tired, some days are better than others.
Still cannot eat as much as would keep me satisfied. This is of course, because of the tightness.
Overall, the progress is better with every passing day :) :)

It was a fairly quick consultation but Dr. Smaili was very open to answer any questions I had. Told me, the procedure would take approximately under 2 hours and that he would be able to remove 95% of my stretch marks. Very comforted to hear the high percentage that would be removed.
