My amazing experience couldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Dr. Moelleken and his great team. He was my very first consult, and by the end of the appt. I was convinced I didn't need another consult with a 2nd doctor. Dr. Moelleken has such a calm demeanor, listening patiently to all my concerns and questions. I never felt rushed and had all my questions answered. He was realistic & honest about the risks and my personal results. Completely devoid of an ego, I felt really comfortable in his office. I knew he was highly accomplished but what I found pretty impressive we're all the great compliments I heard from others first hand. It started from the morning of my surgery (by a patient in the waiting room who ironically had the same procedure done a few weeks ago) to the great compliments about him from the nurses at the after care facility In addition to the great doctor, the team behind him is also amazing. Penny is fantastic. She replied to all my emails quickly, helped answer any additional questions and most importantly shared her own experience on her TT. How real is that? She was so open about it all and that really sealed my decision to get this procedure done. She even came in as soon as I woke up from surgery to see how I was doing. I also really thought my anesthesiologist was great. Here I was, extremely anxious and nervous and what I remembered most was his calm, really sweet demeanor. All in all I was so blessed to be in such good hands!
