30 Years Old, 3 Kids Who Are 12, 10 and 5. Beverly Hills, CA

Since I gave birth to my second child, I knew I wanted to get a tummy tuck. That pregnancy messed up my stomach but I knew I wanted one more child so I put that thought to the back of my mind. After my third pregnancy, I was completely determined to get a tummy tuck. People asked me if was having twins during my last two pregnancies, that's how big my stomach got. My youngest child is now 5 and I just feel it's a good time for me to get this done for myself. I have a scar on the right lower side of my stomach from getting my appendix removed when I was 4 years old, it never really bothered me until after I had babies, it's created a sort of fat pocket, that whenever I lose weight I still have a little flab (I hate the word flab????) of fat that hangs over and just won't budge, and the scar just so happens to be right where my pants would sit, so it's really uncomfortable. Yesterday I went to my consultation with Dr. Golshani and I left the place smiling from ear to ear. My husband went with me and was skeptical about the whole thing, but once we met with Dr. Golshani and he sat down with us and took his time going over everything, my husband is all for it. This doctor is very patient! He let me take my phone out and one by one read him a list of questions I had. He answered all of them in detail and just made us feel like we had his undivided attention. After my million questions he gave me a gown and told me he'd be back once I'm undressed wearing only my bra, undies and the cute paper gown they give you lol. When he got back he had my husband stand beside him and he explained to both of us what to expect for my body. He showed me how low my scar would be, he said the thong I was wearing would cover my scar completely. He was realistic about what I should expect. Because I have stretch marks above my belly button, he explained id still have those they'd just be lower, (which I expected) closer to my pubic area and wouldn't be as visible because my stomach will be flat. He also said he'd be lipoing my flank area to deepen the curve of my body aka my waist will be smaller???? he also said because he'd be lipoing my flanks, he can deposit that good fat to my butt. Not for a drastic change but just to add a little more fullness to what I have. He explained that because after pregnancies and with age our butts can lose some firmness and just drop a little, so it'd just be a perk (no pun intended) lol so I will be getting a little fat grafting as well.
Once we were done with all that, He left so I could put my clothes back, then came back and talk to us about all the risks involved and what to avoid before surgery. Because I don't smoke or drink and I work out pretty much daily, he said I am a great candidate for surgery and doesn't see why I shouldn't do it. After we talked with him, his assistant talked to us about pricing and what's included. She was very nice and also took her time with us and answered all of our questions. Everyone in this office is so down to earth and make you feel welcome. This was my first tummy tuck consultation I've had, but because of his work I've seen and how great they all are there, I'm not going anywhere else for sure! I haven't set a date because me and my husband have so much going on in the next few months, but we talked about setting it for May of next year. It seems so far away!!! But time flies and before I know it, it'll be here!!!
