23, US Marine, Lost 100+ Lbs - Beverly Hills, CA

I lost over 100 pounds the right way, through diet and intense training. This left me with hanging skin and stubborn flanks. Even after joining the military and increasing The size of my chest, arms and shoulders significantly; I still couldn't get over the hanging skin and pronounced flanks. I could barely get away with it in my uniform. But I knew everyone noticed. This was unacceptable. I was fast and strong but I didn't look it around the midsection, I also felt that I was disrespecting my uniform by not displaying it properly. Perception is reality and the realty was that I had to do this, so I did, today. I couldnt wait to write this review. Dr. Bruno is the Ferrari of plastic surgeons however you'd never guess by his phenomenally calm and polite demeaner. Zero pain, I could almost stand up straight at 5 hours. Dr Bruno also put the scar as low as possible and tightened me up at the bottom just so it would look better! This all on top of extensive flank lipo. Did I mention I'm on almost no medication?
