Dr Zoumalan is a nose God!!!! Best decision ever

My nose is HUGE! i have a HUGE hump and I would say it is in the top 1% of HIDIOUS noses! It has always bothered me as a kid (12-18 was hard) and I would say i kinda grew into it more as I got older. I played alot of sports at this age and of course, it being so big i broke it multiple times. I am starting to realize that it is getting in the way of my life - i hate being referred to as the 'girl with the big nose' or 'you have such a pretty face and nice body, if only you had a nicer nose' ha!
the good thing is, i have average skin and my chin is in a good placement - so no need with that.
I do need rhino/septo and the cost i have gotten quoted is 13-16k (oh yay!) . I have only gone to facial surgeons that specialize in rhino.. i have realized even after this surgery i will have a 'big' nose, but i am just hoping it will balance out my face. i do not want a pig nose ect.. i NEED to get this surgery by july because i snowboard all winter and it needs to be healed by nov so i can a-snowboard and b-wear goggles.
is it realistic to get it done on a thursday and take one week off work (plus the weekends) and then go back on the monday?
who would people also recommend in LA? so far i saw 3 in beverly hills and they were all great. i did love the before and after photos so i am really not sure where to go from here. i am fine with getting a few extra consults.. after the awkwardness of the first one i have less anxiety and i am having a better time of explaining what i dont like about my nose in greater detail.

2 more weeks to go and I am treating my nose like my baby!
No alcohol or foods high in sodium.
Drinking lots of greens and cutting out my daily caffeine consumption.

OMG I am so scared/neverous/excited!
As much as I hate this nose it is sad to say bye to something you have had for 30 years!!

My surgery will be May 18 in Beverly Hills with Dr Zoumalan!
If anyone has words of wishes/advice or any kind of diet plan (going shopping this weekend!) please let me know!

If anyone is considering Dr. Z he is seriously the best, very talented and attention to detail!! i trust that he will enjoy the time spent on this large one and help my baby out as much as possible:)

The big day is almost here!!!
I went shopping this weekend for all my supplies.. just need to get some pillows.
no drinking for 2 weeks pre and a month post is probably the hardest thing ever! haha but i am not investing 12k to screw it up by drinking:)
i will post pre photos in the next coming weeks.. getting more comfortable doing this:)
