I'm a model living in Hawaii and have been modeling for 9 years now and have always had to keep the poses I made to one side of my face. Not only was my very flared left nostril making me feel insecure, but I was also feeling more congested as I aged and had regular sleeping problems because of my improper breathing. I had a previous rhinoplasty that left me with not much of a difference from my original nose.
I knew I wanted a natural looking change along with some better breathing! I was referred by my local plastic surgeon to visit Dr. Ghavavami in Beverly Hills. He referred to Dr Ashkan Ghavami as the "nose god" and that if I wanted my nose to turn out exactly how I was hoping, that I should go see him.
The women at the front desk of Dr Ghavami's office were eager to answer my questions over the phone right away and Rose Ghavami was extremely sweet and helpful with setting up an over-the-phone consultation as soon as possible with the Dr.
I arrived one day before my surgery and my pre-op went smoothly and quickly. There wasn't an enormous amount of wait time and again, everyone at the office treated me like I was royalty! Both offices (the consultation office AND the surgical area) were rooms fit for a queen. I felt like a celebrity! Excellent taste in decor!
I was given a 'cocktail IV' before AND after surgery loaded with vitamins to ensure I felt as healthy as possible during my surgery. When surgery was over, I woke up feeling lovely and was surprisingly able to function a lot better than I thought I would. I was brought down to the lower parking garage where my ride awaited so I didn't have to be seen in public with my nose cast visible to the world.
I hired a live-in caregiver for the first 20 hours but I feel like I could have definitely managed on my own.
It's only been 4 months and I've had several photoshoots since then and look very naturally beautiful AND my cosmetic AND breathing problems are UNBELIEVABLY better!
Overall, my experience at Dr Ghavami's practice was magical beyond words and I'd recommend anyone that's serious about getting a proper nose job to do it the right way - spend the extra money - and get the satisfaction and results you deserve the FIRST time! Don't settle for someone cheaper and less experienced. Dr Ghavami knows the nose the best! :)

I'm unfortunately unable to post pictures since im keeping things on the downlow but am happy to answer any and all questions!
I went in last June for my revision (I've had a previous rhinoplasty before and went to a person who either didn't have enough experience or was just sloppy), but dr Ghavami literally IS the best. I looked through so many Drs and his name was in the top three. He does 100s of noses a year and has so much knowledge and experience.
I highly recommend spending the little extra money it costs to go to him than finding someone cheap who may give you that stuck up piggy looking nose :( you don't want that!
