Dr. Charles Lee is an artist. He is meticulous in all that he does. A perfectionist. That too. He has been my doctor for 8 years and I would never trust anyone else to do work on me. He may not be the most chatty person but who goes to a plastic surgeon's office to chat. I have been encouraged to go to Korea and that they are the best in what they do. I disagree. He has proven to me over and over again that natural-results is what he is best in. It's quality and not quantity. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy with the end results. That, you will. jesus....I'm so sorry u had to go through that. I had a similar issue during my second rhino done in LA/Beverly Hills by Charles Lee. I had a hump, unevenness and extrusion from his shotty work. I think the good thing at least is that you don't seem to have sustained much damage from the surgery, albeit blurry photos. If that is the case simply removing the implants can reverse most of your current condition. It looks like they did a SEG on you tho and stretched it beyond what your tissues can handle -_-. By 6 months mark, u can revise it without much issue.
I can't really tell exactly if its the lighting cos the pics are blurry but your nose before, did you have a deviated septum? Because your natural bridge looks like it is more towards one side. If that is the case then it was essential to do deviation correction and nasal base surgery before placing the implant

Dr. Charles Lee's bad reviews from other people he had performed rhinoplasty on:
As far as surgical methodology goes, the main concern for me was my rhino revision. This was going to be my 2nd revision, 3rd rhinoplasty. My nose had been severely damaged by Charles Lee of Beverly Hills, who used a mix of diced ear cartilage and Goretex for my nose. I had asymmetry, bumps, a humped nose, and cartilage extrusion which caused visible thinning of the skin tissue. The method I agreed upon with Dr. Park was using ultra soft silicone placed above the bone and under the periosteum to protect my weakened nose skin from extrusion and prevent and potential deviation. I had mentioned to Dr. Park that after speaking to Dr. Mendelson, I was concerned that my periosteum might be too damaged to protect my nose from potential complications. So Dr. Park's plan B was to use auto dermis should my periosteum be too damaged. He would also use the existing scar tissue in the bridge to protect the implant.
Nose is looking really good but I'm not passing the safe zone yet because as I mentioned, my nose was severely damaged by Charles Lee and Dr. Park did his best to try to protect my damaged skin. There's still some tightness, mild redness and slight bruising where the damaged skin is so I need to wait it out to see if there is any chance of extrusion. It depends on how well the donor fascia is able to protect my damaged skin by growing onto the damaged skin. So now it's a waiting game. I'm probably going to head to see Dr. Mendelson now that I'm back in Melbourne to have him assess my situation since he is the next best thing to Dr Park.
I just think people need to do more reserches before its too late.
