The Worst Decision I Made in my Life - Beverly Hills, CA

I went to Dr. Ghavami hoping to improve the definition of my nose. I am a middle aged female and had imperfect nose jobs before. Dr. Ghavami swore he could definitely improve the shape of my nose, and one month after the procedure, I felt very sorry for myself, as I noticed he had overcorrected my nose by taking out too much cartilage, I also had uneven nostrils, with the right side lower than my left, and he had also shaved off my columella! Not to mention that I could not breathe anymore through my nose. I went back to Dr. G and he said the outcome was not perfect because I had too much scar tissues. I wondered why he didn't say so when I went to him for consultation, but swore that he could fix my problem. It is one year since my surgery and my condition has not improved at all. I now have a saddle nose with no columella and no top surgeons want to work on me because they all said it could be fatal. Dr. Ghavami's surgical skills definitely does not match up to the fees he's charging.
