Hello everyone. I've had rhinoplasty before and the doctor did not improve my nose whatsoever. It is big, crooked and uneven. I had a consult with Dr. Payman Simoni and I have an upcoming consultation with Dr. Ghavami. Is there anyone else you would recommend? I've read great and horrible reviews on both these doctors so I'm completely confused now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
