Well, almost all doctors on here have a fair amount of negative reviews.

Many docs seem to own up when it's their fault and not pretend it's good when it's obviously not...and he tries to make you feel as if your expectations are too high when he does a horrible job. No ownership! Blame the patient for poor healing or high expectations when it's HIS WORK that's messed up.

True, but I feel like it's difficult to make a rational decision when almost all surgeons have mixed reviews. Not to mention the surgeons with obviously faked positive reviews and not a single bad review. My previous response was just a rationalization to the question why people still buy into his marketing despite the negative reviews. And the answer is, because he did many right. However, I feel like surgeons are well aware of their capabilities and should not take on jobs that they cannot deliver.

I agree he does some noses right. Those are on his website. I think any doc can mess up but the key seems to be how consistent they are at doing great work. There is a code in Beverly Hills not to outright bad mouth another doctor. The good docs end up getting revision business at twice the price so why drive out the inferior competition. A hand ful of docs looked at my nose and said 'you have a ghavhami nose'. Round and shapeless like a sausage. Rather than outright bad mouth him they say that he must like that look. This indicates to me that doc G. Must be consistent in creating unrefined noses,

If I had a terrible crooked huge mangled nose to begin with I might be okay with my results...but that wasn't the case. I had a deviated septum and a bulbous tip with cute nostrils. Now I have a smaller but more bulbous almost comical tip...flared and wider nostrils and my septum still deviated! Also my left nostril collapsed and I found out via the operating report that he cut my lip muscle which made it longer. I never agreed to that! And He refuses to revise it because he thinks I'm expecting perfection???? I think he got pissed because I seeked revision elsewhere further adding to his reputation among his peers. Ask other docs about doc Ghavhami and read between the lines in their answers. Ask if the toy have done many revisions if his work and if so... What the oriblem seems to be.

Lastly regarding reviews...happy clients post good reviews sooner and more frequently than unsatisfied clients. It took me three tears to post my review. I kept waiting for my swelling to go down so I could see the final result. I kept hoping it would miraculously change. Once it subsided it was not good. During those three years I was a little depressed about it. Felt foolish for having gone through this unnecessary surgery only to blow thousands of dollars and to look worse than before. , adding insult to injury i get feedback from him that my nose looks great when it does not. Now I'm going to take 2nd mortgage to pay twice as much to fix his work (they tell me they have to undo all of his work) and shorten my lip cause he damaged my muscle. What a crock! In closing all I can say is ask other docs about Dic. Ghavhamis peer reputation for aesthetics and bedside manner...don't get multiple procedures in same surgery (I.e. Breast and nose as you want a doc not to run out of surgical time and short change your nose)...everyone has bad previews but look for consistency in the complaints...look for fake reviews...are they over the top with too many words like Amazibg and Best? Any surgeon can do bad work...even the best...but do they seem to stand by their work in reviews? Some doctors won't do computer imaging saying it sets up unrealistic expectations. I get that. At least have the doc show you pics of his work where patients have noses similar to yours. That way you can see his vision and capabilities. Doc G. Only drew a sketch. Had doc ghavhami drawn me a pic of a sausage with a ball at the end and a long lip...I would have passed on his vision.
