After primary rhinoplasty with Dr Ghavami I was...

after primary rhinoplasty with Dr Ghavami I was left with two lumps on my nose and unable to breath because my nose started to cave in so much it blocked my airways my nose is pushed so far up you can see into my nostrils from taking too much cartilage and one of my nostrils is now larger than the other. Dr Ghavami will put on a show for the camera to get your money he does not care about his patients

I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience with Dr gravami. Did he acknowledge his mistakes? When was your surgery
Have you considered going back to him and asking him to rectify it, I have experienced a similar thing with the left side caving in, it hasn't affected my breathing but my surgeon has suggested he could use filler and charge me cost price of $450 which would last 2yrs, this is ridiculous as Iv paid $15,000 for the revision already. I am going to make another appointment to discuss this and I'll see my outcome before posting out his details on this site and asking for advice.
Diane, what has happened? My nose is going ok structurally as Dr Gerarchi used rib which is very hard. I saw Dr Imani and had some cortizone injections.

Sorry for the confusion Dr Ghavami did not do my surgery I was responding to you as my left nostril has also calapsed, my surgeon was very disappointed when I went back to see him for my review and offered to give me fillers. Now Iv had time to think about this (im 5mths post op) I think it's unfair and feel he should operate again. Just wanted to know what you were going to do about yours and generally get some feed back ready for my next appointment with him. Good luck with your outcome.
Hi Diane. I am having surgery with Dr Imani. I am wondering is he the surgeon that has left you with a collapsed nostril? If so do you think it has anything to do with it being a revision? Thanks, hope you feel better
Hi Pinkfloss, this is my third revision after putting up with a collapsed left side for 18yrs, I have been very pleased with Dr Imani but again my left side has a slight dent, they call it a saddlebag, I'm 8mth post op and thought I was going to have another op to rectify it but Dr Imani advised me to have filler and how surprised I would be at the difference as it was not worth opening up my whole nose again for such a small job. I decided to give it a go and I am very pleased with the results, my tip is still not as defined as I wanted but he has told me I have thick skin and it cant be done. Hope this helps, keep in touch.

Speaking of trolls, speak for yourself. Alot of people do not put up their photos for privacy reasons and why would people with no motive or reason write negative reviews about a surgeon? There is nothing to gain. These issues are real and not fake. I've had two rhinoplasties and I know what it is like to go through hell from bad surgery. Your review has to be the most troll ever and wash your potty mouth.
And also people write bad reviews about other surgeons on purpose since there is a lot of competition between them. I've heard many surgeons complain about the fake reviews that they get (mainly from the staff from another surgeon) and it's making the search of finding a good surgeon much more difficult
