Photos of my neck before Dr Perlman's neck lift

I would like to respond to a request to include before photos on my neck. You can see I had horizontal rings as well as loose skin. Dr Perlman worked a miracle on me. I am over 4 months out now and I am so very happy with my result. My recovery was easy. I took arnica for several days prior and two weeks after surgery. The scars in front of my ears are not visible any more and the scar under my chin has also faded. I wore a flexible bandage to support the area below my chin almost continually when I was home and sleeping which helped to keep everything in place while I healed. As far as a tip for getting the best result I would say:do your homework and make sure your surgeon is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and follow the post op instructions you are given.

I am having the surgery in 4 weeks. Did you have long incisions after the surgery? And as you said they don't show anymore? Just a little nervous.
The incisions I had where in front and behind of both ears, and under my chin. They have all completely healed and are invisible. You can cover with makeup after they heal and you get sutures removed until they fade. My pain was minimal and I used pain medication for only a few days.

He absolutely took 20 years off your age. You don''t even look like the same person.II have a couple of questions but f you are not comfortable answering these questions I understand. Did he put you completely under during the surgery, that's so scary to me. What was his fee for necklift? Thank-you.
it seems no one of dr pearlmans patients like to disclose the cost, not one of their reviews ofn this site has disclosed. seems strange
Dr Perlman gave me a professional discount and that is why I did not include price. All I can tell you is he was reasonable and worth every penny. Cost is as important to me as it is to anyone but when it comes to surgery expense is far below expertise.
I understand he gave you a large discount, however, do you have an idea about what is average price is? I know some Dr's have military discounts etc. So, I am just wondering what it would cost for the average person.

I was happy with my appearance with the exception with how my neck was showing signs of age. When I would look in the mirror my eyes would drop down to my neck which was saggy and I had rings around my neck with a turkey waddle. I had a neck lift by Dr. Perlman and I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. He completely restored my neck and took at least ten years off me. He tightened the underlying muscles which is important for long term results. My neck looks better than when I was in my 20's. My recovery was a breeze and I was back in class within one week and no one knew I had anything done. The photo included was less than one week post op and my neck continued to improve each day. I am so happy.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

I can't believe you are in your 50's - you look terrific and I think he brought your age down a lot more than 10 years - more like 20 years.
