New Lease on Life!

Best decision of my life (aside from having my 2 kids!). Now that they are grown, I have a second chance at a new chapter with my rock'n new body! Check out my photos after 2 years and 20lb weight loss. It was the surgery that gave me the confidence and hope to diet and stick to it, because I could see what was truly possible.

Dr. Emer and Dr. Nazarian. I've met with both of my doctors and they both agree that I am an ideal candidate for this surgery because I am in excellent health. I've been working out all my life so I have good muscle tone and I've taken great care of my skin so it shouldn't be a problem. Now I need to get the pre-op instructions and get an appointment with my primary care doctor so I can get all the bloodwork and scans done early. I've chosen May 23 as my surgery date because my daughter graduates on May 20th. Here we go!

2 years later... WOAH! LOVE MY BOD!

Just wanted to show you what my body looks like 2 years after my Mommy Makeover procedure. Now, I have to say, that I loved body and was so inspired by the changes, that I stuck to a Ketogenic diet for the past 6 months and have lost 20lbs! I would never have done that before my surgery and now, my results are quantum! Check this out!!

Before and Afters- 1 year later

Check this out! My friend took before photos and then after one year we put them up on the tv behind me and took the same shots. You can really see the difference. I am so healthy and happy with the improvements! I could NOT get rid of that fat no matter how much exercise and dieting I did. Now I feel like a million bucks and my self esteem is back. It was only hard for the first 2 weeks really. Get someone to take care of you for the first couple of weeks to a month and you will be homefree if you do exactly what the doctor recommends. I am living my life normally and feel having my surgery was the best decision I have ever made for myself!

Wow you look amazing and so happy !! I actually need the same amount of body parts done and happy to hear that I don’t have to do more then one surgery now I have to figure out if I can stay away that long from my kids since I would have to fly in from Middle East
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. My doctors were amazing so if you haven’t checked them out, please do and tell them that you saw their work with me on this site. See if you can get a family member a good friend to help out with the kids. Or you could always wait till they’re a little older. But, definitely do it! I think my pictures will show you that it’s worth it and I’m a realistic example of what’s possible for someone around my size shape and age. Good luck to you!
