Two month since my Tt & lipo on flanks and lower back. On my 3rd application of embrace Scar therapy. I am still wearing my garmet during the day. I can't sleep with it though :s Also still getting swollen especially at night. Swelling occurs mostly on my lower stomach above pubic area.

Hey RS just need to vent a little. Had been feeling great up until this Friday. Decided to take my kids to Disneyland because since surgery we haven't used our annual pass much. Long story short I may have over done it. By the time we were headed home I even felt nauseous. Carried over to Sat I was soooo sleepy. Just not feeling well. Most of today I was in bed. Weird feeling just tired. Don't know if it's from surgery or if I picked up some virus or something. I also feel like I'm hunched again. I feel ab soreness if straighten up. Hoping for a better week.
Did any of you ladies go through anything similar?
Wondering if I should take any supplements? Or anything to help boost my immune system? I'm sure it's a huge toll on body to go through Tt :s

Belly button keeping me up

I am freaking out! My belly button never game me any trouble . I just took
Off my garmet and I had some dry blood around it cleaned it off with alcohol pads. Seems to be like a small hole . Should I worry? Was it a stitch? I'm freaking out. No pain. Anyone else experience this?

I only saw Dr. Bruno once before my procedure. I was certain of what I wanted so I asked Marisol (surgery coordinator) if it was necessary for me to go back she said no. She mailed me instructions and prescription. She also found a lab near my house to get lab work with out having to drive back to Beverly Hills again ( I live about 1 hour way with our L.A. Traffic ) . She has been contacting me since I scheduled. Answering all my questions. I was instructed to bring meds to surgery tomorrow and to drink pineapple juice today. Also told I will be given Arnica pills tomorrow. I would have gotten them before surgery had I gone back.
