I'm a 33 year old female and have always been in...
I'm a 33 year old female and have always been in good shape. However, there were certain stubborn areas of fat that despite excercise would not trim down. Specially my tummy, inner thighs and hip rolls. I also tried to tone and shape my bum through lunges and squats. After many diets and expensive personal trainers with little to no results, I decided to look into getting some liposuction and fat transfer.
I researched the top doctors in the Los Angeles area. It was important to me they they are board certified in plastic surgery as well as seeing there before and after photos. After having consults with three different doctors I was able to make an informed decision on selecting the surgeon I wanted to have the procedure with. I chose Dr. Haworth not just based on his creditials but his impressive before and after results.
The procedure went very smoothly. I was bruised for 3 weeks. I was also pretty sore like I had worked out to hard. I recovered relatively quickly and was back on my feet in no time. I wore the compression garment for 4 weeks to keep the swelling down. My back and hip roll area are still slightly swollen but expect that to come down in the weeks to follow.
I'm beyond thrilled with my results. My pants fit (I no longer have muffin top in my jeans) my thighs don't touch and for the first time in my life I actually have a butt! You can't even tell where I had the fat removed because the skin is smooth and the scars are almost invisible now. The resukts definitely exceeded my expectations. It was certainly worth the investment as well as going through a bit of pain.

Wow I really like your results- your butt looks great! Do you wear the same pant size or did you have to go up a size?
Thanks again :) Before surgery I was just barely squeezing into my size 24 pants. I would often have to unbutton them especially after meals lol Now I can fit into my size 24 without them digging into my stomach or creating a muffin top. My butt was so pancake flat before and now they fit nicely into my pants and the area looks toned and shapely now.
You now have a Victoria Secrete look, which in my opinion is perfect.

Thanks! Yes I'm very happy I had the procedure done. It's just enough to give my body a more shapely appearance with out looking like someone with cartoon character proportions.
Yeah you had a nice body to begin with but it almost like you had your butt reshaped a little. I would never want my butt any bigger but I wouldn't mind moving the volume around to be perkier.
That was exactly my goal just to increase the volume slightly and give a more perky appearance. So my results certainly met my expectations.
Did you take pictures down? I really wanted to see his bbl work! I love his facial work and was hoping he would he a one stop shop. Pics to share?!

Love your results, you look amazing! Can you tell me exactly where you had lipo done? Your bum looks so different at the bottom was wondering if that was just from the bbl or did you have lipo there as well. Thanks.
Thanks! I'm beyond thrilled with my results as I mentioned before. I had lipo on my tummy, hip rolls, back, inner thighs and did meticulous micro lipo just above my buttock crease. Then all the fat was transferred into my bum. So not only did I get more volume but my butt was lifted as well.
Amazing!!! The look is absolutely natural and spectacular!!! So the fat transfer was about how many cc's?
Thanks again for the kind feedback. When I went in for my post op appointment he said he put around 100 cc in each butt cheek.

I live in Atlanta, home of the grossly large booties. It's so nice to see a truly sophisticated version of a butt lift. Looks wonderful, as does the sculpting. Please show how it looks in 6 months and a year...I will be watching to see if it stays like it is now. I know butts can go down a little...which is fine really. I'm interested in the liposculpting...going to some consults now. Hope I can find a dr here who knows what the difference between classy and dumpy shapes.
