Only pros. My motivation was that I felt so much younger than I was beginning to look. Wanted to do it before it was terribly obvious. Personal goal was to fell better and age gracefully. The outcome was beyond my expectations and has "aged" perfectly. Changed my life in that it helped me to fulfill my dreams of exercising to maintain a younger self. I did have complications but my doctor was my savior. Just the time it took to recover is something everyone needs to know in advance.
