Excited for my Rhinoplasty!!!!

I have a rhinoplasty/septoplasty/turbinate reduction surgery scheduled in less than a month! I'm super excited for my procedure and I have been wanting this for a very long time. I am thirty years old and I have never been happy with the appearance of my nose. I have a dorsal hump which is exaggerated by the radix. My nose is also a bit wide for my face. I have thick nasal skin so tip refinement is limited. In recent years I have had more and more sinus trouble and difficulty breathing. My surgeon is an ENT so I am confident he can fix these issues and give me a beautiful nose in the process. My pre-op consult is May 8th.

I would love any of their noses.... hopefully mine turns out as beautiful!!!

One of the main aspects of my current nose that bothers me is obviously the dorsal hump. My tip actually isn't droopy but it appears that way because the hump is so prominent. The radix also exaggerates the hump. I considered a non-surgical nose job but figured I needed a permanent fix and I wanted to fix my breathing.
