The reason I had it because it this "problem area" is hereditary in my family. I live a very healthy lifestyle and exercise daily. I'm 5'10 and 165lbs if that gives you a good idea where I am at.
The surgery itself was painless... the numbing injections were a little discomforting but if you ever had a tattoo on your arm, then this is nothing. As Ben continue to numb the area, you wont feel anything through as the process furthers. After this, the way we go. One incision behind each ear and one under the chin. I never needed to go under, so I was awake the entire time and was totally calm.
The suction sounded funny and after he was done, which literally took 10-15 minutes... He provided a few stitches and I was done! Make sure you take an a uber/Lyft home and thats it.
The Recover was probably worst than the surgery itself. I had to wear this headband 24/7 for 7 days. The first night was somewhat painful but Ben provided some medication. the 2nd day wasn't as bad and I didnt need any pain medication. It was pretty annoying wearing this headband all the time, but whatever, it cuts the swelling down and you just gotta do it. Eating can be somewhat difficult the first day or two, so you'll be having a lot of soft foods.
So thats about it! Perhaps I'll come back on and show month 3 because apparently it takes 3-6 months to see the full results. But after 2 months, I couldn't be happier with the results.

Great results Jason, it completely changed your face. Did the Doc by any chance used a laser or RF micro cannula device for skin tightening after the lipo? I'm looking into doing the same thing and my doc will use thermitight for increased skin tightness after the lipo

Sorry for the late response,I never check this. if you want to DM me on Instagram, you can. He didn't use a laser to tighten the skin afterwards (as I have seen others have done this). He said there was really no need to. I updated my picture (post 4 months) and as you can see, there was no need for a laser to tighten the skin. But you could always talk to Ben about it... maybe some people need more than others (in regards to that laser)

You look fantastic! Very handsome before too, but the liposuction really brought out your great features!

Thank you... I appreciate it. The fat around the neck was hereditary so it was impossible to lose it.

Hi! You look great! I am 2 weeks out and I am still swollen and I look like I have no definition on my chin line. When did you finally see definition in your neck and chin?

Yeah, you won't see any improvement after 2 weeks. You'll start seeing the results in about the 2nd month, which was mine. You still have 6 weeks to go my friend...and by the 3rd month, you should see some good results.

I hope so! I noticed under my chin I have ridges that I never had before. Did you get them as well? Also, how long did the numbing take to go away for you?

I just posted a 4 month post-op from my neck/lipo from Ben. I think the number one piece of advice is to trust Ben and what is he doing. The procedure is REALLY simple and short. The actual procedure is 15 - 20 minutes... and I was in and out of his place in 2 hours. I also would suggest that money shouldn't be a factor because you do pay for what you get. I saw other people offer the same surgery for less... but because of Ben's profile as one of the top cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills, his reputation depends on his work. Another piece of advice, is not to be afraid.
