I'm so glad you are happy with your results thus far. Please keep us all posted on your recovery. I'm curious to see if you have implant migration or flipping that has happened with intramuscular butt implant placement. Mine are placed subfascially and I have many comments about mine eventually sagging so I'm curious if they are right. Only time will tell and I'm going to post whatever the outcome is no matter how much I like my doc right now so I can help others make a better decision when deciding on doing this surgery. I hope you continue to post and do the same. Happy healing! You look great beautiful :)

According to my Stanton, The implant should always be placed under or within the gluteus maximus muscle. In this position, the implant is less palpable, less visible, and does not sag or shift/migrate over time unlike implants placed on top of the muscle. I'll keep you guys posted. Thank you doll :)

I am so happy for you, please keep us posted. I had read a review of a gal that went to your doc that had her implant placed intramuscular flip and migrate pushing on the sciatic nerve so that is why I wanted you to keep us updated. I will do the same on my implant placement position over the muscle and under the fascia. So far mine looks very natural, not visible or sagging but I'm less than 2 months post op so I will be sure to let everyone know on RealSelf my final results and I hope you do the same. Thank you for sharing your journey gorgeous. :)

thank you for the helpful review. looks great, natural! question...does it "feel" natural too? if someone squeezed your butt would they feel the implant? i wouldn't want people to know...is that possible?

It's to soon to tell, they feel very hard right now. It will take months (I would say about 5-6) before they start feeling softer, at least that's what I was told. They wouldn't be able to tell if you are in shape and really toned. They'll just think you really work your ass off... Lol
March 16, 2015
thank you for reply. so if someone really squeezed your butt, they wouldn't feel the implant? i can see if they poked it, they would just feel hardness, but what if really tried to grab to "inspect" for an implant...that's what i want to know. could you completely pull off saying you didn'tt have implants? thank you

Ill answer this question. I'm about 6-7 months post op and they're still pretty firm. I have guys grab the all the time and the reaction is always the same: "Damn thats firm" or "is that real" or they'll grab one cheek and suddenly grab the other to test it out. I think I may have perfect the line "hehe, i work out a lot, squats are my thing". My scar's still show and thats kinda downer. I'm hoping by one year the firmness and scars will subside.

My Implants aré places intramuscular and they aré already sagging and i am just 9 months pos top. The old tecnique was sub facial and now with the advance and improvements are intramuscular to avoid the saggin , but I believe is the dr choosing the right implant for the body. Mine are to big for my shape and even intramuscular my muscle is not able to hold it in place and is drooping.

Really nice results. This doctor seems to really know how to give natural pretty results. I hope to get my implants in June. I'd be thrilled with these results. :)

Can u please post more post op pictures? I want to see how it looks on the side. Doc Stanton recommended 325cc oval implant on me but he said I can go with 330cc round implant also... Undecided!!
April 8, 2015
Hi Hhnguyen, I have a consult with Stanton Friday. How did your consult with him go? Are you leaning toward oval or round?? Did he say oval is just a more natural look? I viewed you stats, we are close to the same size.
April 8, 2015
Dr stanton said the result will be 10/10 for oval and 8/10 for round shape for my body. Oval implant will have shifting problem n won't give as much projection. Round implant will not look as natural as oval implant (it's sitting higher on the butt). I saw a girl here getting the same oval implant size n hers doesn't have that much projection even though it looks natural. So I'm still undecided on what shape I should go for :)

Maybe this will help you decide.. Dr stanton used oval implants on me, I like how they look, however they shift A lot, in fact one is upside down right now, I have to wait for my husband to get home and shift it back into place for me, I have left work early on multiple occasions because I don't want anyone to notice my asymmetrical booty. It os such a painful surgery I do not want a revision anytime soon, but if I had to do it over I would choose the round implant.
April 8, 2015
Thanks Kd88. I may go with round implant then. Is it easy for the oval implant to shift? Does it shift when u sit for like 2-3 hours? or when u do squats exercise?

Mine shifts when I exercise
User Avatar
April 8, 2015
I think it shifts fairly easy, one time I woke up and it had shifted in my sleep
April 9, 2015
Wow that sounds scary! Dr told me the implant doesn't shift easily unless I sit for a long period of time like sitting on the plane for 7-8 hours... Didn't know it's that bad.

He told me that too, but mine has never shifted because of that reason, I actually haven't sat down for a long period since I've had it done. I may be the rare exception, Im not sure.

Hi guys, I just wanted to share some videos of my progress. I honestly feel great, still a little sore and super annoyed because I cannot sit or lay down on my back to not put pressure on the twins. I'm VERY HAPPY with my results so far, I cannot wait for my muscles to relax so the implants can drop some more.

You will not be disappointed in deciding on him for getting butt implants! He is the best that I have seen on RealSelf and believe me I have been on here for a year reading reviews (many that scared me!) and stressing out before deciding on doing it. I worried for nothing although I do not regret researching and becoming more knowledgeable although I wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Morea is so experienced at doing this procedure and has so many patient positive testimonies to prove it!!!

How are you feeling? How many weeks did you have to take off work?
User Avatar
March 8, 2015
Pretty sore... I'm not employed right now so I have plenty of time to recuperate. It's recommended that you take 3/4 weeks off. I guess it will depend on the kind of job you do.

Happy healing!!!!!!
