I'm just over a week post op so it's still a little swollen and hasn't fallen into place yet. So I can't answer your question yet.

@changedmymind @kikimonster I went to a Vegas pool party 7 weeks post op, and I had random girls coming up to me grabbing my butt asking "how many squats I do" lol. None of them mentioned an implant, they were so rude and blunt to begin with so I feel like if they had felt the implant they would have called me out on it.

thank you for your reply. are these girls only ones that have felt it? lol... when you touch it yourself, does it feel like real tissue? soft? when i held it in my hand at doc office, it felt like a brick! do yo have the hard silicone type?

I went to dr stanton so if have the same material that he used for you. My husband has felt it. He couldn't feel the ridges of the implant but he's noticed a difference in how hard it was before, and how it feels now. It took about 6 months for it to start feeling like a firm muscle.

*oops, just noticed you didn't go with stanton, that was kilimonster. He uses a firm but flexible solid implant.

i know i am killing you but, does your husband say it feels like a natural butt? when you squeeze it really hard, you can't feel it? lol sorry..i just wish i could feel them on someone!

Thank you so much. I really liked what I saw in Dr Stanton's before and afters as well as his reviews. Did you get any lipo or grafting at the same time?

It's hard to say because me and my husband know the implant is there...my friend had hers done the same day as me and she got into a relationship about 3 months post op, her significant other does not know her butt is fake, she has kept it a secret. She just uses a concealer on the scar. I can not feel my implant anywhere towards them bottom half of my butt. If I really go feeling around I can feel the top and sides, but you have to really go looking for it. However If the implant flips you can totally feel and see the whole outline.

Depends on what a person defines as feeling natural. I was a personal trainer for many years and trained body builders and their butts are real, just muscular and feel harder than a person who doesn't do a lot of squats. My body builder friend agrees that her butt and mine with implants look and feel the same. I'll take a firm perky booty over a soft flat flabby one any day.

Wow hopefully the damn thing doesn't flip!!! I've been some crazy videos of flippin butt implants its pretty scary!

Pick a doc that is very experienced in placing butt implants over the muscle and under the fascia tissue then you don't have to worry about them flipping. My butt implants are subfascial and they are securely locked in place and they look so natural that my friends can't believe I have implants in but they saw how flat my butt was before so they know I have them. I love my new booty. Best decision I've ever made.

I am absolutely do not regret getting them. In fact I am in love with them and only regret waiting so long. Fitnessmom said it correctly. I used to be a bodybuilder and figure competitor until I had kids. My body is very muscular so my butt doesn't feel fake at all bc im very toned and tight all around. So my butt feels like it's muscular and toned and does squats all the time lol. Now I have a friend who also has them and has never touched a weight in her life. Very flabby skinny legs... So a hard toned ass on her isn't as believable. As my doc told me. A lot of it is being the right patient for it as opposed to breast implants where everyone is a good candidate. My doc said I was the perfect candidate for butt implants. I have no fat to transfer but I have the legs and body to support the implants without looking too fake. Hth!

@fitnessmom @sarabingus I'm in the same boat. I'm pretty tight all around so having aperky tight butt is what one would expect when they see me naked. I'm so glad you two shared some feedback but cause this was definitely w concern for me. @sarabingus did yoi also go subfascia (?) placement?

@wannaBSsomeoneswishpic don't worry they don't flip like what your thinking, that girl on botched had hers way to big, she had infections, previous injections and over the muscle. When I say "flip" it's not inside out, it's more of a rotation, a 180. It's ugly but no where near what the botch patient went through. Oval implants have the possibility of shifting wether they are under, over, or within the muscle pocket. @fitnesmom unfortunately mine does rotate and I have mine under the fascia tissue and went to one of the most experienced and expensive doctors in Beverly hills. It is just one of the downsides of choosing oval. If that is not something you want to chance then you can go with round, if they rotate it really does not matter because it looks the same. Not all ovals will flip, after modifying my workouts I haven't had any issues. Good luck with whatever choose to do.

My implants were placed within the muscle. The doc described it as an Oreo effect.

@kd88 does it feel weird when it rotates? Have you given up many seated workouts? During your post op do u wear the same garment bblers use? Do you need to sit with some sort of a donut pillow too? Ahh so many questions!!

@wannaBsomeoneswishpic, the implants do feel weird when they move, I know when it's happening. I had to give up all seated weighted exercises. That was made the difference, my imolant has not shifted since I've given those up. I can still squat, deadlift, and lunge fine. Dr stanton does not use drains or garments unless you get a fat transfer as well, so no I didn't have any of that. I never sat on a donut I think that's for BBL patients. When I first started driving again I sat on a regular pillow, it was more comfortable. Ask away, that's what we are on this site for. :)

@Kd88 I've heard that the implant feels like a flexed muscle to someone else touching your booty? How many weeks til you went back to work? I think I can justifiably take 2 weeks off but I do know they don't want you sitting at all for 3. Did you have to wear any compression garments after? Did you bruise heavily? Was the incision bothersome? What did you do to care for it? Is the scar detectable? I'm trying to fit all my questions into one comment so it doesn't seem like I'm barraging you lol..

No fat grafting just implants.

Kiki's results look great! I had butt implants 2 weeks ago, no fat grating. I'm really skinny and was worried that my butt implants would look unnatural since I had a flat butt with hardly any fat but they turned out perfect! I never imagined my booty could look this natural. I have two reviews... one for my BA and the other for my butt implants. Go over and check out my positive results if you are curious. :)

I'm not sure if you have seen my review but since this gal is not responding, probably cause she just had surgery and resting....so in the mean while go over to my page! I'm 8 days post op from getting butt implants and I took tons of close up pics of my new lovely lumps. Lol. Just stroll down a bit because my transformation started with my breast lift with implants a year ago. :)

I believe she had some lipo on her love handles as well but I'd call stantons office to check.

I'm completely off of those pain pills that make you sleep and itch all the time but I know that is an important part of recovery for relieving pain and getting rest. I'm not in any pain and haven't been since this surgery. I've experienced different levels of soreness. I've actually been more sore the day after from working out at the gym with the squat machine. I've been up cleaning the kitchen this morning for about 30 minutes and now I'll spend the rest of my day relaxing in bed. My doctor said everything is healing up nicely and I can go back to the gym in a couple of weeks. Of course I'll start slow and listen to my body. This surgery and recovery experience has been so smooth and not what I expected from reading all the scary reviews about getting butt implants. I'm so grateful to my doctor for his expert surgical skills and my wonderful husband for his support through this journey.

I'm Hawaiian and had a flat fanny and did round silicone butt implants and they look sooooooo natural. I did want more cc's but after the doctor measured me he said that 275cc was plenty. I think he was right cause I got a nice size booty!!!

Lol. They do make me feel good. Plus I remember when I stopped taking them 3 days after having my breast augmentation last May and the pain came out of no where! It hurt more than labor so I got back on them immediately. The dr advised me not to stop taking them the first week and I should of listened to him. Believe me I will this time. So far my butt implant experience has been great! I'm so happy I did it and finally feel proportional :)

I think no drains for all... I could be wrong. I can't wait myself for the implants to get settled in and the swelling goes down!! I'm about 5'1, 125lbs, 32DDD-25-34.
