Saggy Breasts After Weight Loss? VISIT DR. RAHBAN! - Beverly Hills, CA
ORIGINAL POST
After losing a decent amount of weight I decided...
WORTH IT$12,000
After losing a decent amount of weight I decided my girls needed a little bit of love. I've done what I could to my body with diet and exercise, but couldn't do anything for my now saggy breasts.
I have never had plastic surgery before, and of course I was nervous. What if the surgery goes horribly? What if I look at the mirror after and want to cry? What if it's nothing like I had imagined it looking like? I had all of these fears and more! I know I'm not the only one who has seen the show Botched, and thought, what if that happens to me?!
After a bunch of research and referrals from friends, I came across Dr. Rahban. I had 3 consultations scheduled, with Dr. Rahban being my first. I had a list of questions I had prepared to ask him during my consultation. When Dr. Rahban came in, he asked what I was wanting done. I explained my situation and he examined me. He then gave me a run down of exactly what type of procedure I would need to get the results I was looking for. I was concerned with possible scarring based on the anchor lift that he told me I needed. He explained that for my body type, that was the only method to get the results I wanted. I could either get it done by him, leave my breasts the way they were, or go to someone else who would do a different procedure which would not give me the end result I was looking for. He had answered every question I had written down, before I had to ask!
After that first consultation, I knew I wanted Dr. Rahban to be my surgeon. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rahban, and just had an overall good feeling about him. Every fear I had before my consultations were gone. I called a couple days later and scheduled the procedure!
I just left my 6 week follow up appointment, and I can't begin to express how excited I am with the results! I look in the mirror and can't believe this is my body (as crazy as that sounds)! Dr. Rahban gave me exactly the look I was going for. I didn't want huge [RS bleep] star breasts, just a natural full look that I had lost, but better looking!
I was meticulous about following Dr. Rahban's post-op instructions to achieve the best outcome. He explained everything so thoroughly. I honestly can say that after each appointment, I never had any questions left to ask. He covered everything that pertained to that particular follow up visit. He even went as far as to tell me what type of exercises to avoid that would ultimately have an adverse effect on the work that was done. What other doctor seriously does that?! He is just so great!
I 100% will refer all of my friends to Dr. Rahban. He is so thorough, honest, incredibly good looking, and an amazing surgeon. His staff is also amazing! Sona and Sally were incredible and were able to make my appointments and scheduling a breeze!
Thank you, Dr. Rahban! :)

Thanks for your story! I'm trying to prepare mentally for my procedures, I think I'm prepared in every other way, but the mental/emotional part is certainly a struggle! I, like you, have lost weight and I'm just getting used to this body and now its going to change again! I'm definitely excited, just a lot to take in. Hope you're healing nicely and all is well. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

Best of luck to you!! You will do wonderfully! What are you having done?
I am healing great! I will be posting photos in a bit. Thinking of you on your upcoming surgery!

Anchor lift and lipo of abs, thighs, flanks and back. I'm going back in about 3 months and having implants. Dr. Revis wants to do it in 2 stages since I want to go really big. Less chance of complications that way. Can't wait to see your pictures!

You look great!! Did you get saline or silicone implants and what size did you get?

Thank you!
I got Mentor gel silicone 325cc implants. I was a 36D before I lost weight, then went down to a B/C cup. Now I'm a 32D. I actually fill the cup up now though instead of just having it scoop up my breast lol!

That's awesome! They look so good! How has it been getting back to your normal routine?

Thank you!!
It's been going pretty well getting back to my routine. It took me about 2 weeks to be able to drive well again because of my lacking range of motion with my arms. It took me about a month to be able to sleep on my side again. I haven't started working out again unfortunately. I'm just a bit nervous for that. Once I hit the 2 month mark I will probably give that a try.

I would be nervous too! You can barely see your scars! If I do this surgery I hope my results look as good as yours! Can't wait to see new pictures of your progress!

Any updates?
How are your scars coming along?
:)

Scars are fading a bit! Not as dark. On one of my follow ups he told me that during the healing process the scars will get darker before they start to fade, which was exactly the case! They are the lightest they've been though. I will post new follow up pics!
