I have three kids all spaced very far apart. I have ten year old 375 overfilled to 425cc saline implants that are now very saggy due to pregnancy after primary implant procedure. I also nursed my son for a year. Would like smaller, perkier, more youthful breasts. Tired of large matronly breasts that make me look fat.

Hi, They look great !! I was just going through Dr David Kim's 'results' and I found your profile. You have nothing to worry about ! They look natural and full at least a D cup, I guess because of the swelling even though you went down in size. Is the tape under the breasts for the surgical cut or is it offering support along the crease line? I've seen some doctors putting extra tape under the breasts to define the crease line. I'm going to ask my surgeon about it. Your breasts already look soft, more along than 5 day post ! Congrats.

It was for the surgical cut. He removed them 6 days post. =) Thank you Dr Kim was happy with the breast softness too. I am terrified to massage as they hurt so much still. I try but I am doing it very gently at this point.

A bit better on the 5th day! Still a bit worried about shape but I know it's early.
So I am getting my stitches removed tonight at 6pm at Dr. Kim's and I am terrified of that. Other then that they look a bit more "normal" today. The boxy shape is the one thing that has me worried but i know it's super new and they change shape over the next 6 months as I remember from my first BA ten years ago. This is even more different as I had the full lift with the pocket repair. My sternum has been so swollen that at one point I was worried about uniboob but it looks like it's starting to go down. I had that the first time too and it went down after the first week.

That's the same sizes I got. 350 on my left & 375 on my right. Mine are over the muscle & 2 1/2 years later, I see balls. I wish they were under the muscle but Dr said I could end up with a double bubble. :(

Over the muscle could be why you are seeing balls on your chest. Why did he say you would end up with double bubble? I had 375cc before this on both and they were great until I had a baby and nursed for a year. For 7 years they were great just a bit big so they got saggy.

I had asymmetry, so he said I had to go over the muscle. Or is get the double bubble. Idk why exactly. I did google it before & it made sense, I just can't remember why.
Your sentiments are not uncommon. I read about many women going for a smaller more youthful look these days. How did your surgery go? Can't wait to see your results!
