under muscle. i was a 34D before now a 34DD/DDD. I wanted to stay about the same size as before but im actually happier with them slightly bigger with the shape of my body. i got 435CC

the hole from last week is pretty much closed. its just a lil surface level red circle at this point. the dr said it was a suture that had worked out to the skin. :)
