Hey guys! I know its been a while, I am sorry about that! I am currently vacationing in Egypt right now so I apologize in advance if I don't have too big of a wardrobe for you guys. This is post op pics for 1 year and a half. Right now I weigh about 104 pounds and I am still 5'5. Last time I was measured was a few weeks ago, I was 34-24-34. I have no complaints at all.
WOULD I GO LARGER?
I would have to say probably not. Even though I do own push up bras, its definitely not like before. If I wear a regular bra, my body looks proportional. If I wear a push up bra my boobs look a lot bigger than my butt, which is partially why I am trying to gain weight. I don't really care if I am wearing a push up bra or not, it just depends on the look I want to go for that day.
ADVICE:
* If you just got your boobs done or are going to get them done PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE USE BIO OIL OR PALMERS OR ANY KIND OF STRETCH MARK CREAM! SERIOUSLY IT SAVED MY LIFE! at the beginning I started seeing stretch marks and then I started using the oil and cream religiously and It made a world of a difference.
**ADVICE 2 MASSAGE MASSAGE MASSAGE! It helps with rippling, getting softer, and making sure they both drop and look the same.
CAN PEOPLE TELL??
The answer is YES AND NO!
My fiancé is a doctor who went to Harvard, and he has No Clue what so ever! (I would tell him but my culture is very strict on these kinds of things!)
HOWEVER: I have ran into girls who have had their boobs done who knew or at least thought that mine were fake.
So it depends!
ALSO Yes mine is high profile smooth saline.
ANYWAY guys, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't hesitate to ask questions or request a certain type of photo that may help you decide!

New Pictures...
So not much has changed other than they dropped more, my nipples got a little bigger, and the dreaded stretch marks came. :( It is ok it was definitely still worth it. My doctor did an amazing job! I don't need push up bras or ever think of wearing them. My grandma is constantly commenting on how large they are. I don't necessarily get more compliments, but I feel like I get more head turns, and I feel like the compliments I do get are a lot nicer. I definitely am shopping all of the time! I have more clothes than I can fit in my room now.
ADVISE: To those girls that are getting yours done, or have just got it done. ESPECIALLY IF YOU TEND TO GET STRETCH MARKS. Seriously, buy as much stretch mark cream as you can. I stopped using stretch mark cream after a month post op (of using it everyday) and a week or two after I stopped using it, I got sooooooo many stretch marks. Use the stretch mark cream every day!! I have used the BIO OIL and PALMERS CREAM FOR STRETCH MARKS. The Palmers works better and is cheaper, but the Bio Oil is easier to put on and rub in. Let me know if you guys have any questions or comments. :)

Thanks for the advice! I started using my stretch mark cream and bio oil now even though I have a month till surgery. I got strecth marks when I was pregnant and I do not want anymore!

Yes the cream seriously saved my life! If I didn't use it I would have had so many stretch marks!

2 Months Update
Sorry guys, I know it has been such a long time since I have posted up pictures! I have been very busy between school and work! Anyway they have completely changed, and they look much much much better than before. I am very very happy with my results, they are way way way softer than before too. Still fitting into a double and tripple d bras. I feel like I always have great cleavage if I were to wear a low cut shirt and I don't need or own a push up bra, but I am sure it will give me a lot more cleavage if I did buy one. They also have evened out significantly. Let me know what you guys think.

I also got 475. I am 5'7 weigh 120 and I wish I would have gone bigger sooooooo bad my doc also said he didn't want to go any bigger then that because I won't be proportioned. But I feel like I'm still not proportioned. I'm 2 1/2 weeks post opp ... Yours look so much bigger now !!!! I hope mine drop and look as big as yours :/

Hmm, your stats are not that far off from mine, did you start off with little breast tissue? I swear mine aren't even that big in real life they look normal. I mean I dont look flat, but I wouldnt consider them large. Which kind of sucks, I am going to go back on birth control and try to loose some weight, I think it will make a little bit of a difference for me. I have seen many other reviews where they get significantly larger after a few months, because the skin streches and loosens up and they drop and become more full at the bottom. I think wearing bras vs sports bras also helps because sports bras shrink the breasts like two cup sizes or something like that.

Girl I am just letting you know go bigger than you think! I swear they don't look nearly as big as they look in the pictures! And the sizers are completely off. I put in a 500 sizer before I did surgery, and I looked like dolly parton. I almost have 500 ccs now, and I look like what I did before with that bombshell bra.

I was a small b I had a decent amount of breast tissue not a lot but I wasn't completely flat. I feel like mine are so small some days I think why did I even get them if they arnt big anyways .... I mean of course they're bigger but I think what I wanted is for my breast too look big all the time I didn't want them to be so easily disguised ... People at work didn't even know. I had a breast augmentation because I they're so easy to hide. I don't want to look like a freak but I wanted to get what I paid for haha. Do your breast look large in a bathing suit? I can still fit in some of my small bathing suit tops :/

I know what you mean, its just so difficult to imagine 475 being small! Dont worry, no one at my work said anything either. Only a few people noticed. My boyfriend's friend told him my boobs got bigger and my butt got smaller. My bf's stepmom noticed, and only one friend actually said something to me. I got a few stares from other people but no one said anything. I think no one at work would dare say anything though. Honestly I cant really compare to before because I never owned any bikinis really. But I will buy some and post pics!

Amourag- I'm pretty sure the comment about going bigger was a response to me if not oops lol but ughhh I knoooo literally every single woman says "go bigger trust me"..the biggest my ps will do is 339-even tho he liked 250:0-.I will try on 339 again. Im only 5', i told the ps i wanna b proportionate but big for my body. But When I try on sizers I will post pics& u tell me what u think!!

Yes it was intended for you, i just put it in the wrong spot lol. Have you tried to see other surgeons? Did he tell you why? The average implant is 350. I feel like under clothes my 475 barely made a difference, only very few people noticed!

Thank you! I am sure you look great. My boyfriend said the same exact thing. I definitely don't mind having a smaller butt though, because I feel like I have had a big butt my whole life LOL its nice to have a change.

I love how they look!! They do look a lot different. He does do a great job! Did your nips get bigger, uh yeah, but they are proportion to your bigger boobs and they look good. Fabulous in the dress. My room is always crazy too!! Lol hugs
