did you consider silicon?

i wish i had the boobs you have in your before pics! they are gorgeous. i can see why people ask if they are real, they're perfect! i'm sure that you will get great results as well though =) just a bigger version lol. i'm the same height and weigh 108-110, but i cant even fill up an a cup, ive tried several vs bras and even the smallest ones i could find are too big =/ i'm only going for 400-425cc and will end up about a c, i've heard from 2 doctors that 150cc is about a cup size depending on the bra. so if you are a b now and get 500-550cc then you can guestimate to be an f cup? i dont know lol. def keep us updated! i hope you have smooth sailing through your surgery and recovery =)

omg to be honest i wouldnt even be thinking about a boob job if i had your boobs. I mean to each her own whatever makes YOU happy but just sayin :P

and i wouldnt see you as a B .. because you have a 32 around.. taht SIZE on your body IS a C.. if you had a 36 around.. that would be an A cup.. 500cc will take you out of the normal range of bra sizes available in regular stores.. you would be around a E or F or even bigger. because im going with 400 and i have pretty much nothing.. so the 400 alone gives me about a D. 300 on top of that gets you to an E. That can be a good thing if thats what you want. or it can be very fake looking too. Dr kim is very good though.. i would trust HIM with what he thinks will give you the look you want to achieve.. good luck :)

I have read many good reviews on Realself written from experiences with Dr. Kim. You are in skilled hands, so I would listen to his recommendation on size. Good luck!

WOW- I love your boobs just the way they are now- lucky girl :) But I don't blame you for wanting to go bigger- I thought the plan from my PS was to do a 655 CC implant, but after the surgery I found out all he could squeeze in there was a 533-- I was a little dissappointed but now that I've been through an easy and painless recovery, I'm glad he didnt over-do it and give me too many CCs that my body couldn't handle b/c I bet my recovery would still be painful if he'd done that! Plus, everyone says my boobs fit my body and they look so natural on me! I'm happy with my results even though he went smaller than planned. Good luck with the size your PS chooses and I look forward to keeping up with your progress!

Your natural breast look great, I don't think you need fake one. The girl in this video her breast is huge for her body, looks fake!

I am in the same position as you - I just paid my deposit and now I just have to wait for a couple months before the actual surgery - and it's a weird feeling, right! I totally understand you wanting more, it's just a huge part of most of us women on this site, though I have to be honest and agree with a few other girls that seriously I would use your picture to show a Dr. what I want :) But for you I understand it may not feel that way, every woman's body is shaped different - and I especially am with you on the boob hip ratio, that's a huge thing I want balanced from BA. It sounds like you are 100% ready for this, so don't let your nerves take over! You've thought about this for a while and you clearly know exactly what you want - just like that video! I'm excited for you and wish you the best, let us know how it goes!

Your girls look great, 500+ will look fab, cloths fit better, tank tops fill in better & your overall mind set will be positve, be prepared for the roving eyes.. I was unsure 5' 8 135# went 650 hp sil. & loving the ride, as you will.......Bigger is better....

Do you really want to know what i think? I am more than twice your age, I have had three kids and I look at you as a young girl with perfect breasts who is going to make a mistake! And you are right, it might not turn out how you want it to or there might complications. Why don't you put it on hold and think about it. Look at what other girls breasts look like and you will realise that you already have the dreambreast!

Hi Amourag, as I said before went 650cc love my size........ You should go bigger 500 will look smaller under reg. cloths. 650ccis only about 2 tablespoons more & alittle less than 1 cup size up.
