I was constricted on one side so in my early 20's I had a breast augmentation to help correct the severe asymmetry. I always knew I would need a second procedure to fully correct the problem. The best option at the time was to put silicone implants on top of the muscle. These factors put me at high risk for capsular contracture, which is scar tissue forming around the implant. Sure enough, this had occurred so I decided it was time, 7.5 years later, to have the second surgery to try to fully correct the asymmetry and remove the scar tissue.

Glad you're happy with your revision and that you feel more symmetrical and natural. Did you get implants on both breasts? What size did you get this time?

Yes, both. I was a small A/barely and A to begin with. The first round I had 300cc and 325cc (34C/32DD). I wanted slightly larger but since I was so tight, larger couldn't fit properly. Since so much time I had passed I was able to go a bit bigger this time. They are now 425 and 450, which is about a 34D/32DDD depending on the bra
