Little background: 33 Y/O. No kids yet. I had 34 B breasts and always wanted more fullness. I felt they were kind of hollow on top and not as big and perky as I wanted. I went to a few doctors before finding Dr. Eugene Kim. Immediately upon meeting him I knew this was the person I wanted to do my BA. I cant speak highly enough of him. I underwent my BA last week and had 300cc silicone moderate plus implants under the muscle with a crease incision. Supposedly they will be large C/small D range when all is settled. I COULD. not be happier. They are obviously still ridin' high and look funny as ALL post op boobs do (little top heavy)- but I cant beleive how immediately I liked them- I also cant beleive how little pain I was in. First two days sucked. I can't sugar coat it. Especially the first day. Anesthesia recovery is pretty terrible! It's probably the worst thing about it! Dr. Kims technique must lend itself to a more pain-free recovery, because by day 3 I was no longer dependant on narcotic pain medication. He is incredibly patient and confident, his bedside manner is better then any other LA plastic surgeon I've ever met. (Ive only met them in LA) He gives his patients his cell phone number and email address. I emailed him twice so far with non-emergency questions and he responded within a few hours. He takes this very seriously and his work shows that. I guess I was inspired to write this because when you are going through something as personal as a surgery recovery- especially when you are modifying your appearance, and you spend all your time at home sort of eeking around the house trying to be in as little discomfort as possible move around as little as possible and your hair is dirty and you are sleeping on your back on a 30 degree angle...it means a lot when the person who you've entrusted to perform said procedure really makes you feel safe and comfortable.
