Implant choice: Silicone Inspira Natrelle High Projection 415cc / Incision area: Areola / Submuscular Placement.

Avoid making a spontaneous decision --- this is a major procedure and you being 100% definitive on it will eliminate any subsequent doubts or regrets. With this said, do your research. It took me years to "ripen" and lots of videos watched, reviews read and photos scrutinized.

Be careful with the size. I was blessed to have met the doctor who made me look exactly how I wanted to look. Yet before he did a magnificent job I showed him lots of photos and did a very thorough fitting.

Recovery is easy. The first 72 hours are tedious, and mostly due to uncomfortable sleeping and inability to shower properly and lift your hands. If you have someone who can tend to you use their help.

Pain medication can cause change in your bowel movement, so stock up on Dulcolax when you feel you are ready to switch to Aleve.

Light stretching and walking have considerably sped up my recovery, so do not be afraid to move whenever you feel comfortable doing so.

I can see my implants improving in shape and feel day by day.

The scabs were gone last week, now the scars look much lighter.

Massage helps A LOT with stretching the tissue and the skin, I seriously can feel them softening up and "dropping". Even a slight jiggle is back!

The only uncomfortable sensation left is tightness and dull pain in my chest and back while I start my power walks. However the implants are still quite high against my chest and I am pretty sure this attributes to the discomfort.

Walking helps me with regaining straight posture and training my back muscles to hold the extra weight, and so is core stretching. While performing those two I let my body dictate when to take it easy or stop altogether.

I do get a feeling of fatigue and exhaustion by the end of the day, which I believe is completely normal at this stage of recovery. But overall, I am so very happy and impressed with the way I feel and the way they look.

You look amazing!! I just made my first consult appointment today looking at the same type of implant you have. I'll be following your journey! What is your height and weight for comparison?

Thanks for replying! I'm so excited for my consult now! I wish I'd made an appointment sooner. I'm sick of looking in the mirror and being happy about my muscles and big booty.....and then I have pretty much a flat board on top, so sad. I can't wait to be proportional! I'm feeling so impatient, I just want my consult to be tomorrow!

Yes, I absolutely understand your "pain" ;) ... Wait until after your first appointment --- I was dying to have them done as soon as possible. I read your questions to doctors btw --- being a huge fan of serious exercising I also had a concern regarding the implant size. I wanted them full and round yet not bouncing up and down my chin while running. The size I decided on after fitting turned out to be perfect --- feminine yet classy. Collect as many photos of your "ideal" breasts as possible to show them to your doctor and do a thorough fitting after you agree on the procedure.

Going back to exercising or, rather, not being able to go back soon enough is the drawback and you might experience feeling low. At least I do, especially when I attempt to step my exercising game up again after 3 weeks post op and the discomfort pulls me back. But then I look in the mirror and realize they are well worth this temporary abstinence from the workouts.

Being used to instant gratification myself I can tell you now that you will experience a different kind of impatience afterwards, don't let it bring you down. Best of luck and go boobs!

Thanks for all the advice! I have so many pictures of wish boobs on my phone, you'd think I have a problem! I seriously need to go through them all and find the ones I REALLY want!!
I'm in the same boat with size, I want them full and perky, but not watermelons bouncing off my chest while doing jumping jacks!! Haha!
I do worry about feeling low after surgery, especially with taking a workout break, but I'm hoping to find some support here!! And, of course, my husband is totally amazing and supportive of me always!
I will try to remain patient, although I'm probably the most impatient person I know...

I have a feeling you take workouts seriously and usually people like that are very attentive to their physical changes. What I personally have noticed is bloating the first couple of days right after the procedure. It goes away, do not feel upset or concerned.

When you get cleared for resuming to light exercise be prepared to feel exhausted faster. I was getting quite hard on myself for that mentally until I realized I essentially self inflicted this circumstance. So just take it easy afterwards and yes, seek consolation here and at home!

• Cleared for light jogging
• Slight jiggle is back
• Implants successfully settling in pockets --- form cleavage crease if pushed in together
• Occasional sqeaking of right breast while massaging --- normal occurrence
• Tight sensation is gone

Tip: Maintain regular morning and evening massage --- it helps tremendously with tissue softening.

Overall feedback: Very happy with recovery and feel happier day by day.
