I'm T-3 days until surgery!! Doctor and I decided on 450cc but I still havent decided on HP or Mod +.... its driving me crazy! I told myself Mod + from the beginning but now im going back and forth so confused.

I want dramatically larger breasts but I want them to look as natural as possible and I dont like the look of breasts sitting high and circular on top even without a bra.

Doctor recommends HP because of my frame. Of course he said it's my choice but he said that the mod + could make me look heavier. My frame is small but im also curvy.

Anyone had the same recommendation before? Pushing my luck on here since my surgery is this friday...

Hi! I have the same before size as you, 120, 5'1, 32b and my doc recommended high profile and I absolutely love them! I am about 2 weeks post op and they do not sit high. I would go with his recommendation. I went with 285 cc under, smooth round gel. I am a small d. I couldn't be happier with the results. Check out my profile and pics. I hope your surgery goes well! Let me know if you have any questions! Keep us posted on your experience.

Hello, I'm almost 6 weeks post and I highly recommend high profile. I was an A before, got 400cc HP Mentor implants placed under the muscle. You're free to look at my review! I was scared of the "[RS bleep]" look (as I call it lol) as well and I must say...I'm beyond in love with my results this far! High Profile is mainly recommended bc of the width of your chest wall and shoulders. If your PS recommends them I think you should do the high ones. Are you going with over or under the muscle? Under gives more of a natural look while the HP implants bring out projection :)

yes the "[RS bleep]" look is NOT what i want. Lol im going under the muscle. How do yours feel?? I want mine to be squishy and fall and jiggle and bounce around. Not just be there you know? Thanks for the comment!! Helping me a lot! Yours look really good!! looks like you are healing at a good pace and really nicely!!

Under is the way to go in my opinion! Mine have started to get squishy and bouncy! I'd like them to drop a bit more but if they stay as is I'm okay with them. I honestly love them and so glad I did it. Pain is pretty much gone, I do get random pains on the sides and it terrifies me that it's capsular contracture but they're so soft I know it is just me being paranoid. I will be posting an update on Friday, meant to include some pics last week of the "squishy progression" but forgot about it lol! If you like the way mine look you should definitely go with high profile I think :)

Its 12:30am thursday... my surgery is officially tomorrow!! Still need to wait well over 24 hours but i cant sleep!! posting my old boobies. i decided on 450cc mod + silicone gel, under the muscle. i hope hope hope my doctor will be cool with that. hes good on the 450 just really thought HP is better for me. I know my PS is the pro and I should take what he says to heart... but i realllllly dont want any circular volume on top.. it seems going under the muscle alleviates that a little bit. i also wanted bigger up to 500cc. But im going to tell the doc what i want and then if he really feels HP is best i will go with that. Eeek im too excited! Thanks to the ladies that commented and responded to my questions!!
