I always felt too small for my body type (5'7'', 160 lbs), was always conscientious of my small chest, and finally decided to be and feel proportional. I couldn't find bras easily in my size (36A) and shirts I wore were never really filled out. I couldn't even get cleavage if I tried and disliked relying on ample amounts of bra padding to feel somewhat adequate. My breasts were also under developed and cone shaped which was bothersome to me. Now I am two weeks after my operation and I love them. I asked for saline, inframmamary, sub-muscular implants to make me natural and proportional looking, asking to be a "full C." I was very afraid of going too big, and Dr. Khalil kept this in mind and suggested mod-plus profile implants. Now I feel my breasts are the perfect size and shape for me and I am incredibly proud and happy to have them. I get many compliments from friends on how natural they look, clothed and bare. I did try on bras today and it seemed a 36C was too small for me, but I may still be swollen. If I end up staying this size, possibly being a 36D, I would be very happy because I feel that this is a good size for my body type.

Congrats, you look great! They are a perfect fit! How many weeks post-op are you?

Thank you! And I'm just a little over two weeks. I'm eager to strt running again, as that's something I try to do daily. The doctor said I could start, but before he told me three weeks; I'm waiting to stay on the safe side. I'm also wondering if there is still swelling that may make my size smaller or if this is my final size.

How ya doing? Have you started running again yet?

I'm doing great! Thank you for asking. Sleeping on my side no longer causes any discomfort, so I'm very comfortable all around in any given activity. I do think my arm and chest muscles have weakened a bit from disuse, so adapting back at work to carry heavy things is a little different. I am also finding it difficult to find bras as of now. I asked to be a C cup, but it seems I better fit D cups. Not that I'm upset about that, but it's a new learning curve to shop for bras now. And yes, I have been running nearly daily for a few weeks now. I double up on sports bras and got a high impact one at Wal Mart, and initially it was uncomfortable but I'm fine now and very glad for it. No true issues, just some little things to get used to.

How many cc's did you chose??
July 15, 2014
There is 400 CCs in the left, 440 in the right. Before, my left breast was bigger than the right. And even though my surgeon added another 40 CCs to the other side, there is still a slightly noticeable difference between the two that still leaves the left a tad bigger. It seems that my muscles on the left are just bigger than the right (which would make sense since I am a waitress and I do more lifting of heavy trays and plates of food with my left arm). It doesn't really bother me though since breasts are not perfectly symmetrical anyways.

Also to elaborate, I asked to be brought up to a natural and proportional looking size of a full C cup for my body type. The implants were 375 CC in size and as stated before, there is 400 in one, 440 in the other.
