2 weeks later....

So I made a promise to myself to leave my boobs alone for 2 weeks. No photo shoots, no inspections, just relaxing and getting used to the weight. I didn't want to psych myself out and start thinking x y z is wrong, etc. But it's been great! I love having them. Although I have to say even with my uhp, in clothes they truly look like I'm just wearing my old boobs with a good push up bra. Makes me truly sad, but I'm trying to tell myself relax and wait it's not yet 3 months. We're only 2 weeks out. See, if you constantly look and critique them you can easily drive yourself mad!
Recovery was a breeze. I got a triangle pillow from target (it goes every wherewith me now!) and a huge tip practice sleeping upright a month before surgery. So when time comes, the position feels natural. I only used my meds for the first two days and also only took half of my Percocet when I took them. So i took half of it at 11am and the other half later that day, resulting in only one whole perc being used. I didn't want to have any drowsy experience or bloating so I went in with this plan. But bloating was a [RS bleep], it happened anyway. And I was surprised that it took a week and a half to completely go away.
The pain? Painful but not deathly. Do not worry about it, you'll get used to it and it will fade. After the first two days of using meds, I continued to be in pain but it was manageable. Pain went away probably a week after, yup 7 days I'd say. After that it was just muscle straining when ever I tried to do something. That also takes time getting used to, just be patient. Pain was like a 4 out of 5 the first 2 days, after that it faded to 3s and 2s. Never was enough to make me cry though so that was good!
Food? I ate as soon a I got home. My mom made a huge pot of chicken noodle soup, as low sodium as she could, and cornbread. I ate 2 two times a day. The first two days I opted on eating just the veggies and chicken from the soup and not the broth just to be sure to have the least amount of sodium in my body. By day 3, I was like eh flick it, I bloat I bloat. And again, boy did i bloat lol. On day 5 I branched out and had some eggo pancakes, that I also made myself. So by day 5 I was relatively mobile, just slow.
Bathing? I took my bath on day 6. I know lots of people do showers but I just couldn't. There was no way I was going to be able to function. So I filled the tub with water just up to cover my thighs and went to town. I did have someone wash my back for me. I actually took my first shower on day 11. Since then I alternate but mostly showers.
Overall? Great experience, id say easy recovery. Lucky for me I had my mom to help me the first 4 days and had almost a full 2 weeks of nothing to do. I am one who loves being lazy so in bed with Netflix and food suited me just fine! Seriously think about altering your sleeping pattern in adavancr, I think that deff helped me. And eat, eat as much as you can as soon as you can.
Currently? I can feel my nips lol! The feeling is deff coming back in them and although others say it's uncomfortable I kinda like it. Reminds me I'm alive. Can't feel the bottom of my boobs. My incisions are covered by scar abway strips and have been since day 7. Day 6 I got permission to massage them and honestly have not been this good at doing it but I'm starting back up. Otherwise every day myleft gets more fluid and squishy. Right is taking its time but it's not too far behind. As oh can see from my pic my left is bigger rounder and lower. Trying not to freak lol. I looooove them and loved having Dr. Desai as my surgeon. Deff recommend him!
I think I got it all? Feel free to ask anything and I'll be back with pics and updates in another week. I'll also post incision pics in a bit too.

Date Change

Got pushed back to Feb. 7th, le sigh

Final Size Updates

Went back in to see Dr. Desai last Friday with all my new found knowledge and came out with the exact size implants I was wanting. Officially, we're doing 420cc L and 445cc R UHP Natrelle Inspira Responsive silicone implants. I decided I do want to attempt to fix the asymmetry I have going on and from what the sizers looked like these cc's should do the trick. The pics are of me with 450cc right and left, if I'm indeed correct. But as you can see they pretty much look like nothing, at least in my opinion. It genuinely looks like my A cup boobies with a good push up bra. However, it is the largest I can go with my small BWD. No matter what the sizers look like, I'm sure that the boobs will be big. Just as a reminder I am 5'4 about 100 pounds, give or take a few. I have a 28-inch rib cage and body measurements currently of 32-24-34. What really has me excited are the virtual pictures of my future boobs. They look gorgeous! I can't wait, two more weeks and we will be in boob land.
Tomorrow I am going to grab some Mederma scar gel from Target and the day after to Kaiser for my prescriptions. Counting down the days...
