Hi everyone. I'm a little late in sharing but this website has been SO helpful through this process I finally decided to jump aboard and start sharing my experience. I had my breast augmentation 10 days ago and it was a really easy experience for me. I honestly feel breastfeeding was far more painful honestly! The pain is very very similar to the engorged feeling. I stopped breast feeding cold turkey when my youngest son was 2 weeks old (no judging!) and was told to wear a tight sports bra for a few days and wait for the milk to dry out. A boob job felt EXACTLY like that experience for me. Not pain per se, just discomfort. My oldest son is 2 and youngest is now 4 months old and I was really worried that I was being selfish getting my breasts done wth the kids so young but it really wasn't a problem. My husband worked from home for the first week and my mom came over during the day to help so I didn't have to lift the kids at all for the first week. I was still able to feed, burp, play and cuddle so the kids really didn't notice any difference. At my one week post op appointment the doctor gave me clearance to start picking them up as long as I don't hold them for long periods of time. I've started picking them up to put them in and out of their cribs and high chairs, etc and feel totally fine. I feel a little pain here and there sometimes but nothing crazy. My surgery was in a Wednesday and on Saturday my husband and I took the kids out to the park and I was able to walk around and push the stroller and felt totally normal. So if you're a mom worried about getting your breasts done, don't worry! I thought it was totally doable (but ask your own dr of course.)
Now for the boobs... I started off as a small A and wanted to be a full D. I chose moderate gummy sientra implants. My doctor ended up putting 420 and 455 ccs in. The doctor posts a lot on social media so some of the pictures you'll see posted will be from his Snapchat of the surgery.
I love my boobs but have major boob greed and really wish I went bigger. I'm afraid they won't end up being a full d cup cause they look so much smaller right now. I'm really waiting on this drop and fluffing process and hoping I end up with more projection. Would love to hear if other girls feel their boobs got bigger as time went on..

Thanks much for sharing your experience. I am also a mother and that is one of my biggest concerns not being able to take car of my children. I have 4 children my youngest is 2yrs. I have a 9yr old who is so mature & totally amazing. She's like a mini mommy so I know she will be a lot help. I have definitely felt the guilt but i know it is something that i should do for myself and that's ok. I have breastfed and was engorged a few times so that is definitely something I can relate to. I am still trying to determine my size. I want a full D. I am going with HP. I am torn between 450, 500, 550. What is your advice? Do you think you went big enough or happy with your size? I know it's still early and they change a lot once you drop & fluff. I will be happy to watch your journey. Thanks so much for sharing it has been really helpful to me. Good luck and happy healing.

I'm so glad my review could help! I think with a 9 year old your experience will be even easier than mine! (Hopefully!) as for your 2 year old I think you'll be surprised by how much you could still do without physically lifting. I love my breasts so much and can't believe how much better they look every single day but I do wish I went bigger for sure. I love how they look from the front but from the side I wish I had more projection and more cleavage. It's funny because my doctor kept recommending high profile implants based on the pictures I was showing him but I told him I want moderate cause I was scared of looking too "fake." Bad move on my part and I wish I went with the high profile cause I'm really over looking natural haha so I say go big and get high profile! I've never met a girl who wished she had gotten smaller implants (except on botched) everyone I know wishes they went bigger so I definitely say go bigger! Let me know if you have other questions I'm happy to help other girls helped me so much through this process I want to return the love! Hope you get your dream boobs you deserve it after 4 kids! :)

Thank you so much! You have been so much help. I had another girl who said basically the same thing you did. She said she got nervous & went with the smaller implant but now wishes she had went with the larger size. So she advised i go with the larger size. When I went to my consult I tried on two sizes and got nervous so I chose the smaller but I still have time to change it. It really takes a lot of nerve to chose the larger size lol it is scary . I didn't realize it would be this hard. Ugh!! I think your results look really great! They still have some fluffing to do so they may get bigger. Thanks! I feel like this is a gift to myself for breastfeeding all 4 lol. I hope everything continues to go smoothly for you. Thanks once again you have been so much help:) <3

Your breasts look sooo good!!! How has your incision healing process been? I am going with areola incision as well. Not many girls on here get it so i get happy when I find one who did. I chose it because it seemed less noticeable & i figure it would heal faster because the cut is smaller & not in the way of the band from the bra. Love your results!!

Thank you! I'm so happy you like them too! I'm so glad I went with the areola because my scar already looks amazing. It's still scabbed over for the most part but the parts where the scab has fallen off looks amazing already. I think after a few months of scar treatment it will be completely unnoticeable. My sister had hers done with areola also 17 years ago and we can't even find her scar it blends right in.

That's so great to hear. It makes me feel more secure about my decision. I just saw your recent pics and you are right. They are already fading. They look really great. I think once they heal completely the incisions won't even be noticeable.

Loving my results and they keep getting better every day. They're looking fluffier and getting softer and they're even looking bigger as the days go by. My scar is amazing you can barely even see it on the spots where the scab has already fallen off. I haven't started scar treatment yet but judging by how it looks now I think it will eventually be invisible. As of now I still wish I went bigger but I know they still have a lot of fluffing to do!
