I look at mess!!! And I felt 1-10 level 7. Still really swollen.

The swelling overall takes several months to remedy. Ask your doctor about massages. They've helped me a lot in the recovery process.

He doesn't recommend it.. but I'm going to start after my fifth week. Maybe twice a week for 3 months.

So, truthfully the first day was hell! Both emotionally and physically. Emotionally because I didn't see the results I wanted right away. I couldn't see pass the swelling. Physically because I was on a one to 1-10 pain level at about a 8. I had my back, stomach, and inner thighs liposuctioned and a transfer to the buttocks. My legs are the worst though for me because of the swelling. There's a few pics.
