Hello all my fellow beautiful girls!! I had been...

Hello all my fellow beautiful girls!! I had been stalking this site for about three months now before I decided on having a BBL. I was not sure if I should write a review, but the fact is all the other ladies reviews have helped me tremendously. The other factor I chose to write this is because I think my plastic surgeon, Dr.Payam Jarrah-Nejad or as his patients call him Dr. J is AMAZING and I was so blessed to have found him.
I am going to start by saying that I have always been insecure about my buns. Jeans never fit right, it always looks flat, just felt I had no booty at all. I do go to the gym on a regular basis, do the stairmaster (which helps) and squats but have not been able to get the projection I want. I did NOT want a huge or even big butt, just something with a little more volume and perky. I stumbled across realself and became obsessed with reading BBL reviews. I thought that having BBL was perfect choice for me because like I have said before I do workout but had love handles and no bum. I thought perfect, now there's a way I can have the fat in the right places. Sign me up!!!!!
I found this site as my number 1 tool for researching the plastic surgeon I was going to use. I was not only looking at how the actual butt lifts look but also at the body contouring that the surgeon performed. I was not sold on any one surgeon, until i found Dr. Payam-Nejad or as his patients call him Dr. J. He has great reviews on here but not too many. After looking at his website and his many pictures, I made the appointment to go in and see him.
CONSULTATION
I went to see Dr. J at his beautiful Beverly Hills office and was greeted with a warm hello by his sweet nurse Maggie. She had told me that unfortunately the patient coordinator Daria went home sick so I would not be able to discuss pricing and other details that day, which was kind of a bummer but the poor girl went home sick, so I understand. I filled out the paperwork and was called back shortly after. I changed into my paper robe and heard a knock on the door and it was Dr. J. He introduced himself and has such a humble, lovely demeanor. He went over my health history and asked me about my breast augmentation I had done 11 years ago and if I had any issues, which I did. My right breast had recently began to hurt and almost completely fall to side when lying down, not to mention my cleavage sucked. He took a look and told me that I had a low grade capsular contracture and showed me how my breasts should look in regards to placement. They were after all 11 years old close to time to replace. After that he went on to discuss the BBL. I told him I did not want a big butt, just small and perkier with more projection. I showed him my wish pics and he said he can do as close to possible but I did not look like I had too much fat but he get some from my lower back, stomach and mainly my flanks. I knew that Dr. J was the right doctor for me based on the fact that he is extremely knowledgeable, patient, sweet, and so genuine. I never felt rushed and his work speaks for himself, a true artist. Did I mention he is double board certified?!! I made my mind up leaving the office that he was a perfect fit for me and after talking to the beautiful and extremely helpful patient coordinator Daria, I scheduled my surgery for September 25th, 2013.
Day of Surgery
I was Dr. J's first appointment of the day, having my surgery at his Encino office. I decided to get a breast augmentation and lift, and also a Brazilian butt lift. I filled out like 100 papers and before I knew it I was kissing my husband goodbye and told him I would see him in a couple of hours. I was very nervous but meeting his nurse who was very sweet put me at ease. Dr. J took my preop pics and did his drawings and said someone shortly would be back to get me. In no more then 5 minutes I was being led back by another sweet man, the anesthesiologist. As I laid on the table a tear rolled down my cheek wondering if I was making the right decision. Dr. J and his surgical assistant Minnie both took my hands and let me know everything was going to be ok. That small, compassionate action meant the world to me and that was the last thing I remember.
I awoke to someone gently calling my name and it was Dr. J's nurse. I had a little bit of pain in my breasts and had to use the bathroom so bad. I should have before I left. I was sat up and wheeled to my husband and our car where he made a comfortable little bed for me. I had to and am still having to lay on my side because I had both a BA and BBL. The surgery had taken 7 hours, longer then expected because I later learned that Dr.J took his time and tried to sculpt me to the best of his ability, really taking his time because he is truly an artist. I am so grateful I found him. On the way home in rush hour LA traffic, my husband had to pull over because I had to pee sooooooooo bad. We stopped at Ross clothing store, me hobbling in with my foams and undergarments on, still high on anesthesia asking the manager if my husband could come to the bathroom with me. Luckily he was so nice LOL. After finally getting home, I ate a little soup, took some pain medication and my antibiotic and went to bed.
Day 2
This was the worst day for me. My breasts hurt and I was so sore on my flanks and lower back, not to mention the foams and garment are so uncomfortable. I have had such a hard time only being able to be on my sides. I do realize that its a small price to pay. I saw Dr.J that morning and he checked my incisions and my garment and sent me back home telling me not to shower for 7 days. I survived on baby wipes and sponge baths. My mother and husband took great care of me. I am so lucky. I realize that having support around you is so important because it has been a roller coaster of emotions.
Day 3
Just as bad as day 2. I think the worst part for me is just being uncomfortable in this garment 24/7 and not being able to take it off and shower. Also the soreness in my flanks and back is pretty intense but not painful. I had been able to walk around but the first 2 days I swear I had to pee every half hour. I guess that is part of the swelling going down.
Days 4-6
Everyday gets better and better. My breasts, flanks and back soreness gets better everyday. I took my meds and drank tons of water and also walked whenever I felt up to it. Let me tell you, these surgeries are no joke. I wish I would have mentally prepared myself better for the amount of discomfort. I just try and stay positive day by day.
Day 7
I saw Dr. J and his lovely nurse Maggie. Today was the day I was going to see my body for the first time since surgery. My mom came in with me and sat in the corner as Dr.J and Maggie took off my binder, garment, foams and dressings. Drum roll please... as I sat there staring at my new figure, I could not believe my eyes!!!! It was everything I could have hoped and wished for, an amazing perfectly, sculpted hour glass figure, with beautiful, clevaged breasts and a more voluminous, perky buns!! My moms jaw was on the ground and even Dr. J said "Judging by your moms reaction, I think she approves" LOL(: I am so happy and grateful. Dr. J is such an artist. I really do feel so lucky to have found him. His knowledge, compassion, humbleness, genuineness, and the fact that he is a true artist, in my opinion sets him apart from every other plastic surgeon. I look forward to sharing my ongoing journey with all you beautiful ladies. Thanks for reading thus far(:
