new me inside and out!!!!! soooooo happy and grateful! - Beverly Hills, CA

I am a 21 year old female who had an arm lift and back lift 7 weeks ago by Dr. Katzen and i'm ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY!! My results exceeded my expectations, i didn't even think my body could be this transformed, COMPLETELY! I look in the mirror at least 50 times a day(literally) to make sure it's real because i still cannot believe this! I ALWAYS had droppy underarms and back rolls even at my smallest weight(135lbs.) & no matter how hard i worked out they wouldn't improve much. Years of yo-yo dieting made my skin constantly go back and forth and my arms and back were just saggy and ugly. I hated my body and struggled so much with self confidence and i didn't want to continue life hating myself any longer. I never thought i would have plastic surgery, it was always something you see on TV or in the movies but then i just decided to look into it. I searched through soo many doctors and read MILLIONS of reviews and looked through MILLIONS of before & afters before i made my final decision to go with Dr. K . I even traveled 350 miles to Dr.K because this is SURGERY, this is my body, and if i was going to do this, i was NOT going to settle for anything less than THE BEST. If i was going to do this i wanted the results to be worth it because it's a HUGE investment and i felt like i truly needed this in order to move on with my life. I researched thousands of doctors for 2 years,staying up until 4am just digging through soo much information and then i found Dr.katzen. I immediately liked the fact that his whole practice was based on weight loss patients unlike other doctors who just do boob jobs and didn't know much about weight loss and the affects it has on your body and skin. Not many doctors even perform arm lifts and back lifts, yet alone specialize in them. And I loved how his website had videos of the exact procedures i wanted so i could see first hand what i was getting myself into AND he had multiple pages of before and afters so i could kind of compare myself to patients who were like me. He had soo many good reviews and i followed my intuition choosing him because something kept telling me that he was the way to go. He gave me shape, I MEAN SHAPE, i have a nice smooth curve from the armpit to my hip now, no more bra rolls!! and from the side i have a curve from the top of my back to the top of my butt. My back is flat NO ROLLS AT ALL!! AND MY ARMS!!!! I swear i touch them all day because i seriously cannot get over the fact that i have small, skinny, NORMAL people arms!!!!!!! Who cares about a scar when i have regular arms!!!!! I am so so so SO happy ! I now love my body and i am going to cherish it, i will never go back to where i was! This surgery has changed me more on the inside than on the outside because i no longer HATE myself or my body, i feel normal and i can wear normal clothes and finally start to live life with no limits. I am so thankful and grateful that a doctor like Dr. Katzen even exists! He is talented and knowledgeable and isn't about the money at all, he is passionate and genuine and always made me feel comforatble and reassured me when i would worry. Recovery was hard but WORTH EVERY SECOND. Once you get through recovery and the real results slowly reveal, it is LIFE CHANGING!!!! If you travel to go see him like i did i HIGHLY recommend using AIRBNB for extended stays its wayyyy more cheaper and affordable than hotels!!! I truly truly do recommend Dr.Katzen coming from a real person, ESPECIALLY if you are seeking an arm lift or back lift. If you were like me before my surgery, up all night worried, stressed, and obsessed with finding the perfect surgeon who will deliver realistic results trust me i was once you, i already did the research for you! Do not EVERRR make a decision based on price$ because this is your body you only get one, this is SURGERY, this is permanent,THIS IS YOUR LIFE, you get what you pay for! There are not many doctors who know how to do arm lifts and back lifts right with technique!!! I researched probably every single doctor in California (I'm being sooo serious) i was obsessed!!! Dr. Katzen's website has actual videos and he has multiple pages of before and afters!!!! He has experience in these procedures! I always feel so bad reading reviews (especially arm lift reviews) with women who are so sad and depressed with their results because they DEPENDED on their surgery to change their life and now they are worse. They are completely ruined or unsatisfied and some barely have any results :( its so sad my heart goes out to them! And i always think like " dang if only they knew about or went with Dr. Katzen!" God really had my back by putting me in the hands of a responsible surgeon who did not take advantage of me, he changed my life, i got beautiful results!!! I'm so lucky!!! For that i am grateful and that is why i'm here writing this review because i feel obligated to give back to the website where i found my surgeon. I am a real person, i real girl who dropped out of college to work 2 jobs and saved for 2 years!!! Everyday for those 2 years i fought and kept my eye on the goal and told myself everyday this will all be worth it, do not settle for less because you deserve the best!!!!! I was worth it for me because i needed to be able to love myself in order to move on in life! I want people who were like me to hear this from a real woman who was once in your very same shoes. RECOVERY EXPECTATIONS:
Recovery is very hard!! I remember even thinking like oh my god what did i do to myself why did i do this!!! The first 5 days are the worst and you will probably feel regret because you cannot be an independent woman! You will need 24/7 care for the 1st week( based on my 2 procedures which were done at the same time) after 2 weeks you will slowly start to feel normal and i promise your results smooth out and get better Literally everyday!!! Every single week is better than the one before i promise!!! Just follow all your doctors instructions and be patient and just keep your eye on the goal because even after 6 weeks your body is still continuously climbing the ladder to get better and better. But as hard as it was i would do it again in a heart beat because the results are AMAZINGGGGGGG!
