I was an A cup on a good day, and had wanted a "boob job" ever since I could remember. I chose Dr. Moelleken because he seemed to really care, and I didn't feel pressured. I was impressed that he has extensive training and experience and an Ivy-league education. Also everyone in his office is a top-knotch professional as well as being just plain nice. My breasts healed easily- I have only about 1" scars under my breasts and they are flat and healing nicely. My breasts look even, pretty and natural (except in the way one wouldn't want --not sagging!).

I don't remember what it cost because I had multiple procedures at the same time. I know it costs more than just the surgeon fees- you have to factor a percentage of the surgery room, anesthesia, and after-care facility (if needed). So I am only estimating.
