He's a good dr by most of the reviews I read about him. I live in Australia and there's not many drs available to do Asian upper eyelid surgery. Your eyes are pretty.

7 weeks PO

Camera broke. Sorry... But I wanna update on my recovery. So far...

-still swollen, more in the morning
-slight scaring on epi
-eyes still numb around the lashes
-eyelids are dark... This bugs me the most... But waiting patiently.

Your eyes look great! Just wondering, what is the height of your crease?
Thanks! I honestly don't know the height of it. I just told dr. Lee that I wanted it slightly very little bit higher than my previous crease. I think I was 3mm before. Probably will end up with 4mm... Or the same. Lol. Sorry.
No worries! I was just asking because I'm not sure what height I should get. My doctor said 6mm is good for me but I've read that lots of people get 7mm. I should probably listen to my doctor though!
Lol. It's always best to listen to your doctor. All I know is that the higher, the longer the recovery. And you can't get a revision to lower the height. I was considering getting a higher crease, but decided not to so people don't notice I got my eyes done when I don't wear makeup. Think it through and best of luck!
You have some very valid points. I'll stick with 6mm! Thank you and hope your recovery is speedy :)

pictures of my process. i look completely beat up, but completely normal. everyone's body deals with pain and wounds differently. and i'm that unlucky one who have a low tolerance for pain, and bruise easily. i think the bruise disappeared after 2 weeks.

You're really lucky to have such a great dr. Only 2 weeks and looking good.
thank you. I'm actually still swollen but I'm enjoying them still :)
Can I ask how much you paid for your surgery?
I think it was around 3200. I'm from out of town so he discount it from 3700.
Love your results!!! Was the procedure or recover painful? I'm thinking of doing the same but I'm scared. How long did u take off work?
Thank you, he did an amazing job. Neither was painful. I was under IV sedation, which completely calmed my nerves. And under the right doctor and nurses, you'll be under great care.
If I can do it, u can too. No need for me to take any days off from work. Stay at home mom. My bf took a day off just to take me.
Thank you!!!
Did the price include sedation/anesthesia?
Yes. IV sedation. And he did not charge extra for the epi.
How's your eye recovering at the moment? Is it still swollen? Could you please post another update photo? Thanx
They are recovery okay. I am still swollen, more so in the morning. Epi scars are very noticeable, but doesn't bother me as much. I'll try to post updated picture as soon as I can. Just been busy, and my camera broke.
I am from Indiana and would like to do the upper eyelid surgery. If I travel there, do they provide hotel and stuff? by the way, your eyes are gorgeous!
Thank you. They don't provide hotel. But they do have an apartment (book it early) I don't know how much they charge for the apartment, but if your procedure is $5000+ should be free. It's on his website. I didn't stay there cuz of pets. Airbnb.com is another option. Much cheaper than hotels. Hope this helps!
