I want to start off by saying Dr. Jason Emer's bed...

I want to start off by saying Dr. Jason Emer's bed side manners are good he was nice & listen to all my concerns. The procedure went good he uses a cannula to do fillers no numbing cream to my surprise it didn't hurt at all. I got Botox between my brows, forehead & under the eyes. I also got restalyn silk under my eyes & voluma on my cheeks. I waited 2 weeks to see results and so far 2 months later there is no difference at all except I can no longer frown between my brows. My forehead is still 100% mobile full of lines I wasn't expecting this.. I can still see wrinkles under my eyes my lower lids look hallow & for some strange reason my nasolabial folds are more noticeable now that I got voluma on cheeks. I wanted a natural look but not to the point I can't tell I got anything done. I travel a lot for work so I didn't get a chance to go back but when I called asking if I would have to pay more they said they didn't know the Dr. would have to see me. I've been calling the past 2 weeks and left voice messages with no response. I'm aware of the fact they moved to another office but it's been 2 weeks no one ever answers the phone or returns my messages. At this point I don't feel like throwing more money away I rather go back to my original Dr. I chose Dr. Emer based on his reviews on here I'm very disappointed to have spent my hard earned money to see no results. I've had Botox & fillers in the past never spent this much & I have always seen a difference in my face. For $2,189 I expected to see results.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! I had the same procedure with Dr. Emer and my results were dramatic and I'm thrilled. Can you please post some before and after pictures of your undereyes? I would like to see your results or lack thereof. Maybe you're one of those rare people who has their body metabolize fillers faster than average? Maybe you need more? I know Dr. Emer was in Korea and they moved offices so please don't give up on them yet. I'm sure he'll get back to you and try to help you. Please update how it goes when they do. I agree with how much you have spent you deserve to be happy with your results!
This is VERY disappointing as I do some of the most fillers and botox in the area and get amazing results. I lecture all over the world on filler techniques and optimal outcomes. Often 1 tube of filler isn't enough for full correction, thats not to say that you are not a unique case. That is why I like to see my patients back, come up with a treatment plan, and see what can be done. I am not sure a 1 star result is indicative of my work or my care for my patients. I would appreciate you reconsidering this and coming back to our office (which is open in 1 week since have moved to a beautiful new space that you will love) and going through the long term plan. To me, botox and fillers are not a procedure you come in for and then never come back. It is a process over time. We do little to get a natural result and then see if more is needed. Obviously if you are unhappy, I will do all in my power to make you happy. My main coordinator melissa is always available so it IS surprising to me you have no way of getting a hold of her.
