24 Having Rhinoplasty, Chin Implant, Chin Liposuction!

Nervous & excited to have my procedure done. I'm 24, Australian and going to LA (Beverly hills) for my rhinoplasty, chin implant & lipo. I hope the chin implant & liposuction will give me a more feminine & defined jawline. And the rhinoplasty to remove my hump & raise my tip as it drops when I smile.

I was very vey nervous but Dr Dhir & his staff were all very assuring & comforting. Dr Dhir met with me on last time to discuss the plan then he even held my hand in the op room as I went to sleep. I woke up in excruciating pain but in hat felt like less then half hour I was dressed, given pain relief & wheeled to the car (I don't remember this too well) by the time we got home it was around midnight. I had some pain killers & tried to sleep.

Owch! I woke every hour throughout the night/ morning to change the gauze under my nose as it filled with blood quite often. I also iced my nose/eyes for 20 mins every hour. I took the strong pain meds roughly every 3 hours. I wasn't able to eat very well so I stuck to fresh juices, smoothies & fresh blueberries as they don't need much chewing. I didn't shower. We drove back to Beverly Hills (1&1/2 hour drive) to see the doc for my follow up. Dr Dhir gave my nose abit of a clean & checked me over. He said h was happy with how I looked so far. We drove back home and I went straight to bed. Bruising & swelling was very significant.
