Working out after a TT can make your stomach even better! It's not easy, but the results are starting to show. It was pretty hard doing abs after my TT - it just felt kind of weird and I didn't feel as strong. I have been working out for three months straight now and I am finally starting to see some baby abs pop thru!

What did you use on your scar
I used Biocorneum - I also made sure to put spf70 on the scar anytime I was in my bikini, the scar doesn't show in my swimwear but the sun can still damage it through the material.
I didn't think about the sun damage through the bikini. Good to know. I soak up the sun like crazy.Thank u!!
